Short wait time. Excellent doctor. I came to him for a 2nd opinion and he helped to determine if surgery was necessary for my arm. Excellent experience!

I give this doctor a ZERO rating. During examination he told me to lean back, and bend forward and touch my toes. Ended the exam by saying I had great genes. what? huh! The man did not examine me. why is he in business. A MRI from my doctor revealed extensive damage. Fraudulent practice and office is old and outdated.

Worst doctors office I have ever visited. Unprofessional and slow staff, it’s impossoble to get them to fax things and they charge 40$ every time and still don’t get the information right.The worst of all is Dr Krone himself. He refused to put me in physical therapy in order to extend my visits. He did not give me proper information for rehabilitation. He is rude and he doesn’t care. Save yourself from going here. If I could give a zero I would.

This doctor is beyond rude!! He has a friendly staff, but he himself is a jerk. He is one of those doctors whom treat you with one hand on the door because hes rushing though the appointment. He constantly corrects you and has the infamous superior personality that is honestly just off putting. When my appointment was over he immediately walked out the room, leaving me there with questions. Last but not least.... he missed a break in my hand and then incorrectly filled out my paperwork! I ended up having another doctor find it on a X-ray the next day!

Doctor Krone was supposed to be a Workmens Compensation second opinion doctor who was in actuality was a third opinion doctor. Their second opinion doctor agreed with my doctor, their second opinion doctor spent quite some time examining me. This did not fit into what workmen compensation had in mind for me. So they kept doctor shopping until they found an opinion that did fit what they had in mind, enter doctor Krone who would disagree with what my doctor and the workmen compensation second opinion doctor stated about my condition. Doctor Krone spent maybe 5 minutes with me and has never treated me before. Totally disregarded what my doctor who did surgeries on both my right and left shoulders said about me. And decided that I was healed from his perspective. Also of note this doctor interrupted me when I tried to ask him any questions, and told me that i was just there for an exam on my left shoulder. He asked me why i stopped going to college for Information Technology and I told him it was because of seeing my child dead from an accident which still makes me cry. He seemed to be unconcerned when I told him, I guess because he assumed that my 21 year old son who was on the Deans list all throughout college, who was a Senior at Clayton State must have been a thug. My son was far from it, Google my son LEON SHIELDS who was in the AJC newspaper article twice in the neighbors and you will see the great things that my Pilot son accomplished in his short life, Delta airlines pilots were at his funeral .So be wary of Dr. Krones practices. This was what happened to me on June 11th of 2018.
