I have been a patient of his for over 10 years and he has been great until recently when his 3rd party billing company billed me for almost 2 years of visits because my insurance had been denying the claims but they did not inform me of that and hit me all at once with a huge bill! Dr Weirich then refused to make me an appt even though I offered to pay cash for it and that I needed to find a Dr in my insurances network. I was flabbergasted!! After me texting him directly the next day he did write me a script that I needed. I did not want to change Doctors but had no choice. That took a while but finally found one but have ran out of a much needed medicine I been on for many years before I can get to the new Dr. I asked him to write me one more script to get me by until my new Dr appt. He totally refused to do so! After being a patient for over ten years he just completely abandoned me over his billing companys practices! I am in a world of hurt until I see my new Dr and even then I have no clue what will happen there. I totally understand him wanting to get paid but how this had all went down had astonished me and made me lose all respect I had for him.
