I was having recurrent urinary tract infections. We have exhausted all non-invasive procedures and scheduled and in office cystoscopy. I was lying on the table for several minutes and had noticed that the the catheter was was very large and I have an abnormally small urethra. When he came in and asked if I was ready I said no I want to have it done at the hospital because the size of that catheter is too large for my narrow urethra. He got angry with me and he dismissed me as a patient. So my preferences did not matter I wanted to be put to sleep to have it done and he disagreed got angry and dismissed me as a patient. So therefore Im giving them two stars because prior to thatas his services were good

Dr. Ananyev is the most personable doctor Ive ever seen in my 66 years. He listens and focuses 100% and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Has the best personality and puts you at ease. Seems more like one of us than one of them. Extremely caring, knowledgeable and talented and The One you can put your health and trust in.

By far the best Dr. I have ever had. Very knowledgeable, he listens to you and doesn’t speak down to you.. he has a willing and caring attitude and he loves his patients

Wonderful Doctor! He answered all questions we had prior to surgery, post op and follow up appointments. Staff was great. Highly satisfied with the care of my family member. Follow up appointments have been just a great.

A Doctor who is very well versed in his knowledge. Will not BS you, but tell you straight what the deal is. Probably the best in the North Alabama area.

My appointment Dr anantyev was one and a half hours late.blam it on vacation.very unprofessional.i think they just overbooked.and I had to go to work. But they got mad when I went to asked how much longer.then he told me I needed a biopsy to rule out stuff.when we come back for the results they insisted I pee in a sample cup .and they told me that a .Copay but my insurance theres 1 free follow up.after biopsy.but he didnt want to hear about that I tried to explain to the receptionist who didnt know anything about the insurance.but she got office manager.who told me that he the Dr anantyev.might file and it differently.but she said it could be very serious.my wife thought I should pee in the cup.then we find out its not serious.but he did get .On too me. Said I was rude with his staff.and he now will not see me as a patient.then he told it was because I was unrulely.yuo know see have a big sign that says if .y you dont call48 hours ahead .to cancel you will be charged.why dont we get to charge him for mm my time.
