I absolutely love Dr. Keith. She is bound and determined to get me better by going above and beyond her normal duties. She will not stop until she knows what is wrong and fixes it. My only upset is the wait time but then I think about how many people I have referred to her because she has passion and cares unconditionally for her patients that I have come to understand the wait times. She takes her time with each patient and makes sure to answer all questions and I understand that can take time. I have had issues with the staff in the past but NEVER Dr. Keith. I would much rather put up with the staff just to see Dr. Keith. If you have a problem then demand to speak with Dr. Keith because she does not like for her patients to feel left out of not important. I will say that the current staff has been better. I would recommend anyone to her and I have even begged her to be my regular doctor lol. I would give more stars if I could!!!!

Dr.keith saved my life or extended it. She found something wrong and went about finding out what is was quickly. Turns out I have stage 4 cancer. Without her I would most likely have passed away by now. Thank you dr

Dr. Yousuf is a kind and compassionate doctor. All of the staff are great.

Two weeks ago, my doctors office in Courtland called me to say I should drive to Dr. Keiths office with a list of my medications, fill out the necessary forms and make my colonoscopy exam. When I arrived, her staff was polite. I was assured that after I filled out the forms I could speak with the doctor giving me an opportunity to ask questions and schedule an appointment. I filled the form out honestly. I had had two colonoscopies that I was satisfied with and one which was handled inappropriately. I had given the receptionist my Humana insurance card and my drivers license. To my surprise, one of the staff members said I could not see the doxtor as promised and my doctor whos office had sent me there had to make a referral and call Humana. I had given forty minutes to see the doctor and make the appointment. I drove home confused. A few minutes ago. A nurse from another fixtir called me to set up the appointment for this stranger I had never requested to do my colon exam. I asked the nurse what kind if anesthesia was being used, conscious sedation or full sedation. She did not know. I asked of I would be allowed to meet with the doctor before the exam and she said no. I an 66 years old with multiple college degrees and these people are treating me like an idiot. I have had one suspicious colon exam so I am not foolish enough to go into another without asking questions or trusting my physician, dnt keith and her office are disrespectful and those five stars must be manipulated. This is a totally irregular situation. I will not have a colon exam because too many suspicious things surround these physicians are treating me.thus, they jeopardize my care.

Dr Keith is very nice and makes sure she gets to the bottom of your problem until its solved.
