I got there as the 2nd patient so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I didn’t have an appointment but only had to wait about 20 minutes. The doctor and intake nurse were lovely. Dr. Williams took the time to listen to all my questions after examining me and gave me some printouts on my condition, which didn’t require treatment unless it continued.

They were very kind and kept me informed about time being behind. I didnt wait long and was taken care of quickly. Clean, and safe.

I went at the end of the day. It was not a long wait. Even though I must’ve been one of the last patients they did not act rushed. Took time to listen to my complaint, gave me great information and options.

This particular immediate care center is excellent. You can usually get in within 24 hours. They are very thorough and spend the time needed with you. It is easier to see them than my regular family physician!

This was the best experience I’ve had at a Urgent/Immediate Care facility. All three people that in encountered there (the front desk, my nurse and my doctor) were absolutely awesome. I went early and the wait was short. Great communication and awesome bed side manner. Will definitely return to this location if ever need immediate care in the future.

I always get in quickly and feel well taken care of when, unfortunately, I have to go to this urgent care clinic.

My mom went to this facility and had only good things to say about the staff and how much care and attention they gave her. Thank you for taking excellent care of her, hopefully we wont have to come back but if so I know she will be in loving and compassionate hands ❤ 💖 💕.

The person who took vitals and the nurse practitioner were both friendly and knowledgeable. My only mild complaint is that I made an appointment online and an hour or so before the appointment time - I received a text that they were behind and my appointment was moved an hour later. When I arrived I was expecting it to be very busy - but there was no one in the waiting room and only one car parked out front. Other than that, I liked that I could schedule an appointment online and adequate updates and instructions via text.

Thank you to the amazing staff for taking care of me. I cut my finger and came in to have them stop the bleeding. Everyone was so kind and they fit me in even though how busy they were. I cannot thank them enough. They were fast, efficient, funny, and kind. Thank you again.

My mother came in after being injured at work and was told that her arm just had a contusion, that nothing broken and was told she can return to work the next day. However as the week progressed, the pain and swelling got worse and now she is having to get plate and screws in for a significant break on her forearms. Who known how differently this would have played out if they were able to diagnose it properly the first time.

I was suffering for weeks with leg pain. I was referred by a nurse at the Veterans Healthcare, made an appointment the same day. The staff and doctor was very professional. The doctor told me my problem, called in my prescriptions. After I started the medication, I felt an immediate relief. I am very happy! No more pain, I would highly recommend this clinic.

The treatment there was very good. The staff was excellent and the NP that took care of me was very nice and thorough. I am a healthcare professional myself and the NP and staff were really good about explaining everything to me, what needed to be done to help heal my problem and answering any questions l had.. The lady at the desk kept causing confusion by not speaking louder. She had me step aside because she thought the lady behind me had an appointment. She did not but because she was crying she let her go ahead of me which I didnt have a problem with but she didnt take care of me at all

The front desk clerk was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Both the nurse and nurses aide were also super helpful and kind.

The team was excellent. From the check in, to the medical assistant that took my vitals and symptoms, to the doc that was empathetic and a great listener. Best of all there was minimal wait time. I enjoyed everything about the visit.

The service here is terrible. I was told to come in by the young front desk attendant only to find that there was a 3 hours wait for walk-ins. I make an appointment with her and she neglects to tell me it will cost $200 to get a big bite checked out. I find this out the next day after driving all the way back to the facility. Absolutely so care for peoples wellbeing. Terrible service and literally no ability to even get a small wound checked. No dignity. No decency.

5-STARS plus. Service was outstanding, waiting time was not bad, they corrected the problem. Those frontline workers made sure my health was their primary concern. As a former frontline worker from the sixty. It made me feel good to know even into society, their are still true-blue frontline care provider. Keep up the good work.

Nurse practitioner was excellent with communication and was professional. The restroom in the treatment area was absolutely awful the toilet was clogged and no paper towels were available. This is totally unacceptable for a healthcare facility particularly with the COVID pandemic!

I was able to make an appointment for the following day and their registration process is so easy to do before arrival. All staff members were so nice, friendly and patient. They do curbside visits and testing if you have any symptoms possibly associated with COVID but they are super responsive to phone calls in their open hours and helping you know what to do! I was so grateful to have a place to go to get medical care during this chaotic time in the world. I felt valued, listened to and well cared for!

Everyone was courteous. I had a long wait only because I was a walk-in. I felt safe due to the social distancing they had in place already. My doctor was very good and willing to explain to me what was going on.

I went there to get a EKG and CBC test. I was treated very kindly and found the atmosphere to be very warm. Very knowledgeable staff and very professional. I recommend this facility to anyone needing immediate care ❤.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. I visited this place on Saturday. My symptoms have persisted and worsened. I have called multiple times, left on hold, spoken to rudely, and no provider ever contacted me. I was told if my symptoms didnt improve theyd be happy to call in additional antibiotics and medications. If youre seeking healthcare at a facility that will actually treat you and follow up, this is not the place to play Russian roulette with your health. Im filing complaints not only with BBB, but the Attorney General office, as well as medical board complaints. Imagine being sick and the place you turned to for help completely ignored you.

Called at 7:35 PM today to make appointment/ask about wait times. Was first hung up on. After calling back when I asked if I could get an appointment was told, they are closing down for the day. (They close at 8PM) When I asked if I could come in was told they are “busy doing a procedure in the back. And wait time was an hour.” Don’t waste your time time these people didn’t want to be here or help you.

Completely unacceptable. I made an appointment this morning for an injury of my foot for this evening. I need an X-ray. I made an appointment this morning for this evening. I arrived at the office, and immediately got a text that they were 50 minutes behind (I can understand, but annoying for sure. they could have texted me to come later. I would of had dinner or something) I waited in the office for 40 minutes and I overheard her tell someone who walked in that their X-ray machine was down. I walked up to the counter and said I needed an X-ray and you just told her the X-ray machine is down. She said it is—you need X-ray? No one asked me what I needed ? Yet I signed in online, made an appointment, registered online, and signed in at the office. My name and the other 3 people after me were still sitting on her sign in sheet. Unacceptable. This place is 45 minutes out of my way, and I waited 40 minutes and THEY KNEW what I was there for and no one bothered. Unacceptable for a place that is an urgent care. A lot of people need xrays and you should confirm that that is not what they are there for. I’ve had good experiences in the past—but this is unacceptable.

COVID tests are commonly covered under the CARES act or by insurance. They are charging for their COVID test by tacking on medical services. Really? Super sketchy.I dont understand what Im being billed for, for the oximeter put on my finger? If I put I was uninsured then the bill wouldve gone to the HHS. Something here doesnt seem right.

Got a tetanus shot within an hour of arrival. Person administering the shot was professional and fast. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment to come in and it was one of the fastest Urgent Care trips EVER. Everyone was so nice and it was a very mellow and helpful environment.

My wife was able to get an almost immediate appointment for me to get looked over. When we got there, considering COVID-19, I was thoroughly examined and cared for by 3 of the personnel of the the center. I was very satisfied with their care, and speed in which the tests done on me were evaluated.I would highly recommend this center

Making the appointment was easy. Liked the text communication and reminders. Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Appointment was scheduled for 12 and they ran 20 minutes late seeing me.

I am dumbfounded concerning the good ratings, I believe they are not all real.. They are money hungry people, with no real regards to the health of the people. I went and they knew when I signed in they could not see me for my condition and let me go back to the doctor for him to tell me this. All they wanted was to get paid. After 2 ours there, I had to go to the emergency room and spend another 3 hours there. Also, they lie and tell you on the phone there is no waiting and you get there 30 minutes later and there is a 2 hour wait. Trifling. Trifling, trifling! Nasty receptionists that are of no help and need to be fired. I will never go back there again.. It will either be my doctor or the emergency room.

My husband went to this urgent care facility twice this week. It was clean, the people working there were all efficient and friendly. Covid procedures were in place, and he felt safe there. The two doctors he saw were knowledgeable and efficient. The online process for setting up an appointment was excellent.

I was immediately taken back to room, vitals taken and x-rays taken by one professional, then met with Dr. Henderson for physical exam of injured wrist and foot who left me briefly to biew x-rays and confirm no break. Happily in and out within 30 minutes. Great urgi service in these tough COVID times. All were genial and professional.

I spent only 40 minutes there! They were so efficient and friendly, and I waited only a couple minutes to see the doctor, literally the shortest wait for a doctor I have ever experienced. By far the best urgent care clinic I have ever visited! Highly recommend!

The sign says no appointment necessary. When you walk in, they ask if you have an appointment. If no, they schedule an appointment for tomorrow…it’s immediate care. Not tomorrow care.

I have gone to one other peach tree urgent care in between the two aside from the other one being more convenient as far as location this particular location was the best barn and my weight was low the staff was great it was neat it was clean it was timely it was pumped I didn’t even have a appointment and I got through rather quickly the medical staff was great knowledgeable and help me through my situation with Grace. Thank you guys and of course if I ever have any other issues I will be back.

I was there on January 29 for cough and chest pain. They immediately took all my vitals, a chest X-ray, and Covid test. Very professional. EXCEPT, when I read over my paperwork when I got home, my BP top numbers were reversed. I know this because I watched her take my Bp, and remembered the numbers. Then today when I called back, the girl who answered had my birth date numbers reversed when she read it back to me! It’s not a huge thing, but I want to make sure my stats are accurate if they need to review my charts for future visits. Other than that, a very good experience with the doctor there.

Waiting time was reasonable. The staff was very friendly, professional and competent. Definitely I recommend this place if you need no major urgent care.

Very new and clean facility, practicing safe precautions for Covid. Loved every member of the staff that I had contact with (4 different personnel including Front Desk admin, 2 nurses/techs, and Dr. Sharma). Only comment was the long wait despite being on time for my scheduled appointment.

Dont go here to get any required immunizations. They dont have access to the GRITS immunization database and they dont volunteer this information - despite telling them twice that the immunization my son needed was for school. My son asked for a copy of his immunization record and the PA said he would have to get it from his PCP or the health department - not bothering to mention that the shot he just paid $90 for (they dont file insurance for immunizations, apparently) wouldnt even be on there! This has created a bunch of unnecessary hassle for us. I think my sons actual experience was fine, other than the fact it was a waste of $90 and were now scrambling to meet the immunization requirements for GSU some other way.

The admin assistant was very cheerful and welcomed us vivaciously. The RN was professional, friendly and very efficient. She listened to all complaints and answered questions. She took X-rays with a good explanation in how to position my body.The physician was professional, thorough, and very friendly even though the hour was late— right before closing time. She explained very well the problem and follow up care.The experience was very helpful and appreciated very much.

I’m not sure who is at the front desk answering the phones. But they were 100% rude and yelling at me when I called to make an appointment per my doctors instructions due to covid. As a healthcare worker who is currently working along this pandemic I did not expect to be met with harshness and rudeness.I was instructed to call by my PCP to see if I can be seen quicker due to my symptoms since they did not have any availability. The lady on the phone proceeded to yell at me and say they are not seeing covid patients at this time. Which is fine, but I don’t need to be yelled at especially since I’m sick and was only following the instructions my PCP told me to do. I truly hope if the woman on the other end was ever sick to not be met with rudeness and harshness at her time of need. Coming from one health care worker to another. Call was made today around 4:30pm.

The wait was overlong, but understandable given the current situation we’re in. Once I got in, I couldn’t have asked for more thoughtful and caring attention. Thank you for being there.

Came in with an infection, relatively minor, on Memorial Day. They treated me well and gave me good ways for me to self-care.

Waiting was slightly longer than expected, but the staff and doctor were extremely professional. I definitely recommend and will return if needed in the future.

Here’s what I experienced today I went over there for body pain and headache I can’t stand I can’t seats I can’t move my body I was still in pain and I told the front desk that I would like to see the doctors and then once I fill the form she see that I have a headache mediately yelling hey step outside in the cars and someone will come see you I was like OK going outside to stay in my car after 10 minutes 15 minutes someone come and see me and I told her that I don’t have any COVID-19 symptoms And then she said I can come inside when I went inside and told her that’s all I just have body pain and headache and then OK well will be doing she asked me my credit card I told her My insurance should be able to take care of the bill whatever leftover I’ll pay for it but she said they shouldn’t may not pay everything in the shed still want to file my credit card all this is without seeing the doctors without seeing anybody they will charge you up front.I was in pan steel she had my insurance card ID but she still want my credit card there is no patient care she have no idea how the people feel when they go to hospitalI have insurance and still she want full my credit card before you see the doctor. I never see in this before.After my insurance paid whatever leftovers you can bill it to me but she don’t want to charge me up in the front.

Thanks Dr. Sobi and Keisha for helping to get me better. I arrived with a sore throat and after negative rapid testing I was found to have a large tonsil Stone in my right tonsil. After a couple of tries, Dr. Sobi was able to successfully remove the stone. I began to feel immediate relief and by bedtime there was no throat pain at all. Until this visit I had never heard of a tonsil Stone. I was happy to have an experience Doctor who quickly knew what my issue was and how to address it. Thanks so much!

I am usually not one to write bad reviews, but I just want others to be aware because it is important one gets proper medical care, especially during these times of Covid. Last time I went to this location, they did a good job several months ago.But this time is a different story... I came to clinic on January 30th thinking I had an appointment, but realized I had it scheduled for the next day. I was told it would be an hour to two hour wait, so I decided to tough it out and go home, which was okay, I know it wasnt an emergency.I usually go to the Peachtree Immediate Care at Edgewood and have great, reliable medical service every time. Big thanks to this office. This previous time, I went to the Decatur location on January 31st for swollen lymph nodes and popping ears, with an appointment.My vital signs were not taken at all during my visit, but were documented in my discharge paperwork. Also, because I had swollen lymph nodes, I was told to use the drive thru option for provider care. The provider only looked at my ears and did a rapid strep/send out culture. I was not given my follow up rapid strep results in my discharge paperwork, only told verbally.I have called the Decatur location and left 2 voicemails to have my rapid results sent to me and no answer every time. I had to call the Edgewood location for them to send them to me and they gladly did over email today. So, I want to say a big shout out and thank you to the Edgewood office.

Staff were helpful and professional in terms of answering my questions. The wait time was not long at all. Every procedure that staff performed on me was explained to me.
