50 minute phone wait times. 50 minutes! Ive gotten a workout in, checked email, had lunch, and Im still on hold. I think I prefer the impersonal service of my big national bank rather than the personal service I keep hearing about on their hold message.
Called to find out the minimum balance needed for an account, placed on hold for more than 30 minutes and hung up on.I could have driven to the branch and back in the amount of my time that they wasted

Thanks for wasting my time and making my payment late now. Tried to use the atm to pull money out so I could make my car payment. It wouldn’t work so I had to go down the road to use an atm and get money out. Get back and they lock the door as I’m walking in and won’t let me make my payment- even though there’s other customers inside and it would have taken me literally 2 minutes. So now I have to drive all the way across town again tomorrow to pay my payment late.

Well for one I cant even use my car and two to get help takes to long and I cant even do a call back, I have money in my account but i cant even use my card so yeah I am going to a new bank.
I have been with CEFCU for only a couple of years but I am moving all my banking both personal and business to them as they work with you. I have gotten car loans with less than perfect credit, credit cards and personal loans. Nothing like a place that believes in its members!

Great place to bank
Been with CEFCU since 2007 have tried to get auto loan twice. Have 700 + credit rating and been denied both times. Tired of dealing with it!!
