I cannot speak highly enough of this facility. I went to in patient rehab in April into May. First, I was seen in the medical unit, by an extremely competent Nurse Practitioner. Then I went to detox. The entire time I was in detox, I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. Remind you, I was detoxing, and was not pleasant to them. They completely understood and just kept trying to help me. Then I went to the residential unit. I was still detoxing and was still just terrible to be around. The counselors were very good. There was never anyone who treated any patient with prejudice or judgment. As I continued through residential treatment, as I would have a medical issue, I would see a nurse practitioner or Dr. Ray. All of whom were not only competent but outstanding. I am 61 years old, I have struggled for years. After completing my rehab there, I am clean and sober. I literally owe my life to this facility. If my child or someone I love needed treatment this is the first place I’d take them. Even if I had to bring them from another state.

Waiting for covid test result took 5 days!! Don’t even go to this place. I took my son to other free testing site and we got the result after 24 hours. I also have to wait for how long.. when calling for result. Just a waste of time. If I can give a zero I will.

It is a good place to go if u have little to know money to get medical attention. How ever billing and scheduling are never on same page. Had insurance filed with them never had an issue for a year. Sent to collections three times because they failed to bill my insurance company. I always wait 30 to 49 min past my seen time with doctor. The only reason they are still open cause funding from a certain individual. If possible go somewhere else. They should really be thanking Mr. BUFFET.

This place is a joke! They dont care if you need refills on medicine right away! It doesnt matter if you call 3-4 days ahead or not!!! Now its Saturday and I suppose Ill be waiting till Monday! I can see how much you care for your patients!

Rehab Centers are supposed to be available to you 24/7. This place absolutely doesnt care. You can call and beg and plead that you need help and what do they do? Just hang up on you! This isnt related to me rather my Spouse but....How can you just hang up on someone that actually wants and needs help? Pathetic. You wonder why there are so many addicts? They cant get the help they truly need yet the buisness just keeps bringing in that revenue! Oh Im pist!

Took over 1.5 hours for covid testing. They made me have a normal doctors visit. No drive thru testing. Better off staying home as you’ll be surrounded by other people with symptoms coughing 1 foot away without masks covering noses.

People who took our covid test were great, said they’d call me in 2-7 days with mine and my boyfriend’s results - that didn’t happen. We attempted to call, and they gave me a phone number which didn’t work (which probably wasn’t their fault since so many people are getting tested). I got another phone number from someone outside of Crossing to call and they told me my results STILL weren’t in yet...on day 7. My boyfriend called for his results on day 8 and they said his result was negative...so why didn’t anybody contact him about it?

I took a test on a Thursday and probably won’t be able to get results till Monday. I don’t understand why it takes so long to obtain results and how is that going to help stop the spread if people can go days without knowing if they’re positive or not ??

Great doctors and nurses very helpful and its based on income and take Medicaid cards...

To call and immediately be put on hold for 7 minutes only to converse for under 1 minute just to be transferred to the voicemail. If you need people down there to answer the phone just say that!!! What a joke and a complete waste of a professional building

On hold all day when i do get to talk to someone they are closed.

The midwives are great that weve seen so far. However the last 2 months weve had to sit waiting an hour + past our scheduled appointment time. Last month we even worked with Crossings and changed our entire days schedule and came in 6 hours early. And still were not seen for over an hour after our appointment time they reset to help THEMStrongly looking into switching to a different location

Incompetent staff, indifferent and apathetic practitioners. They don’t care about the patients. They’re just pushing as many people through to meet the bottom line. Don’t waste your time.

I had an appointment made for my 4 month old daughters vaccine shots. Had my 1 yr old son with me as well. They had scheduled us to see them for somebody elses appointment date. When we arrived there, they said They had no record of it, but I had the reminder card. They had me wait 3 hours before they told me what happened. And the lady at the front counter was very rude and snippy towards me when I told her that I indeed had an appointment that day before I showed her the slip. I was very polite about it. It was very unorganized at the time. I ended up leaving because the kids were hungry and tired. This was a couple years ago. I would think they have things in better control now, but havent been back since. The facility was nice though.

I called them, they were supposed to call me back, never did. Dont waste your time here.

The staff are organized and put together. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to register and I’ve never waited more than 10 to be called into the back. They have tons of rooms and can accommodate a lot of people. They really do a fantastic job.

Very poor experience. Third time having an OB/GYN here. I have never had a consistent doctor. High risk pregnancy and my appointments have gotten rescheduled 3 different times now. Seems like the facility doesnt actually care about their patients.

The ladies that answer the phone are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL some women Lori talked to me like I was her 8 yr old daughter on the phone and very brash They take their time getting important prescriptions sent to your pharmacy which is not good for people who need them daily they have taken up to 3 weeks before getting a prescription sent I wont be back Ill tell others not to go there..... Erin Payne is a excellent Nurse practitioner but the people I got to deal with before her is why Im leaving and because of those nasty ladies at the front answering phone calls Ill be finding me somebody else!!!!!!

Went for COVID testing. Waited 6 days for results that I was told would take 2-5 days. Called three times before someone could answer my question. The was that it was inconclusive and needed redone.

New place is beautiful and easy to get to. I love my Dr. Ray. They take very good care of me and everyone I encounter there are very nice and respectful. I also see Elizabeth, the dietician, she also is very knowledgeable and sweet.

Great Doctors from what I ve experienced, friendly staff. But, Wait time is very long walk ins are not accomidated. And its almost always crowded.

Terrible experience. I am new to the area and needed a local Doctor. Dr. Green didn’t circle back around to me after my appointment as she said she would so I went over 2 weeks without my prescriptions as a result. My blood pressure has sky rocketed as a result. The staff is under qualified. When I called to follow up I was on hold for 45 minutes.

Long wait doctors do not care about patients.

Went to crossing healthcare today and was provided great services from their receptionist, doctors and pharmacists, highly recommended for quick services, if your new to the area and need to see a doctor asap, crossing healthcare is the way to go, they will get you together!

I’m new to the area....I went to Crossing HealthCare after visiting the ER at Decatur Memorial Hospital, the place was not really packed but the sign-up was lengthy. The Doctors here are inexperienced and more than likely overwhelmed. They do not seem to have any connection to patients. I got more help from nursing staff. I was wondering why the doctor was refusing to do an X-Ray on my hurting LEG, after pressing her to order and X-Ray until she finally conceded that, “The X-Ray machine is broke” and then told me to go to DMH etc.I got 3 referrals to doctors that are not at Crossing Healthcare, so it’s really pointless to be at Crossing. I have Tri-Care Insurance and Blue Cross, so I’m just going to find a Clinic that can treat me like I’m not trying to trick them into costly procedures. This place is pathetic!!!

Do not recommend. If they send you there walk out and go to St. Marys hospital. Went in for back pain and abdominal pain did absolutely nothing.

Sat in womens health for over an hour and nothing has been done but took my blood pressure. Popped my head out to see when I would be seen and all the nurses are standing around talking and laughing. So many useless nurses, not enough REAL doctors.

This place is a joke Doctors here are not at all compassionate they are there for paychecks NOT TO MAKE YOU BETTER THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND WAIT TIL YOUR AT THE SICKEST POINT AND THEN PUT YOU DOWN THIS PLACE is HORRIBLE

Lets just say The Goat is what we will call the nurse practioner. I went for extreme pain in my arm and shoulder. I asked for pain pills not narcotics. I had never taken narcotics before. I asked for Tramadol. I had no idea it was a level 4 narcotic. She says with a an attitude thats a Narcotic, Im not pharmacist. Im like ok I thought it was a non-narcotic I had taken it about 7 yrs prior. To make a long story short she was incompetent with my shoulder/arm. After 5 months of going to ERs all the time. She puts me in therapy. Therapy till November until they say there is nothing more we can do. So go back to The Goat .on Dec.10 about month later. She says okay we can now get an MRI. I tell her I have a neck xray at St.Marys since she will needs this to send off. Now here comes her incompetence, the MRI is denied due to her not sending in all x-rays that were needed. It was missing the neck x-ray from St.Marys. Mind you Im in so much pain it wakes me every night. I go to DMH ER. Doctor says you have a tear in your shoulder cup. He diagnosised me as soon as he did some arm movement test. Very brilliant doctor. He says go see the Doctor at Crossing not a NP. I go to Dr. Ray , she sends me for an MRI. I have a large tear in my SUPRAUPRASPINATUS MUSCLEi n my shoulder. Had The Goat not just looked at me as a drug seeker for chronic pain in which it was not chronic pain, it was a tear in my muscle. She may have done a better job. I have never had a drug problem in my life. I took over the counter pain pills. I eventually was prescribed Tramadol have 40 pills left from last year. She should have looked at me as a patient in pain not a drug seeker. Quick to judgement. I would not suggest crossing. Poor people are judged in some form there and not treated properly for their issues. Just band aid so to speak. Dont see The Goat I was excruciating pain for almost a year she could have cared less. Maybe it has to do with my mom had been her Professor so she is just plain mean to me. If you go choose a doctor not a incompetent NP. The Goat
