Natasha went above and beyond to help me feel beautiful again. I am extremely sick and have had 3 brain surgeries. My hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes thin and will fall out. She suggested a henna tattoo for my eyebrows. Now I feel normal and can smile. Thank you so much. You have no idea the difference you made for me.

I went in for hair color and picked out a burgendy color but came out with bright purple hair. Now I could have lived with it but I had blotches of gray blond orange and that was before I washed it the first time. Now I have colors I dont think have names. I tried to contact muse but never heard back.

This place is terrible. They ruined my wifes nails. She is too nice to say anything but not fair to let slide. Tina filed the TOP of my wifes beautiful nails down to nothing. So much her fingers hurt. She did this cause she doesnt know how to remove gel. I know they will reply with how they are so wise but she has been getting gel done for 10+ years. It took her 2 hours to do which is beyond ridiculous!! Also, you create an environment where you can not mention at the time due to the stores know it all attitude as also seen in other negative reviews. Avoid if you want anything modern done!!!

I have never had a bad experience here. From massages to having my hair done. They have always given me the best experiences. Lacey always gives me the exact haircut and color I ask for. And Abby gives an amazing massage. They also donated to the Walk for Autism my friend and I hosted. Amazing people in this establishment.

Just had my nails done here for my wedding. They are PERFECT. The best mani/pedi I’ve ever had! Angela went above and beyond to do exactly what I wanted and make my experience amazing. 💛

Went To Muse Day Spa today for my bridal trail run and Natasha did my hair and make up and it was beautiful. I am so happy I found this place. I now my hair and make up is going to be perfect for my big day because of Natasha. I would recommend this salon to anyone and I plan to use them in the future. I am definitely impressed!!!

Mom had an accident and hasnt been able to wash her hair. Theyve been great with helping her. Only reason I didnt give five stars is because she hasnt had the chance to take advantage of other services offered. The staff is super friendly and its a really nice place.

This was my first time visiting Muse and I really needed a good cut right before my daughters big party and could only do it sometime friday. All of her other appointments had canceled due to the weather, but Natasha was still willing to see me. We spent the entire time talking and easily found topics to discuss. My hair looks amazing. I will be back. Also, the salon is just beautiful and a short drive for me living in Hartselle.

Don’t go here to get your hair and makeup done for formal events. They don’t listen to what you want done, even if you have a picture. I left the salon and had to redo everything. Also, overpriced because she did such a bad job. Would not recommend.
