Today I came in and was in need of a answer to why I was having issues with my nails coming off and my color peeling. I was informed that water had gotten underneath my set and I needed them to be done again. I was worried about getting back to work on time but not only was it completed quickly but it was beautiful. This is my forever nail shop!

Sarah was AMAZING,SWEET AND KIND!!! She is very professional and talented with her designs. She listens to the customer to give them what they want and more. She went above and beyond to make me happy 😊 I live 35 mins away and will travel every single time just to get her service. I am so in love with her creativity I promise you won’t regret it!

So it was my first time trying nail extensions and it was an amazing experience here. The service was delightful especially a lady who got my pedicure done it was so relaxing. I have been a couple of times now and have had good/quick service but when I try to call to see if they have availability, I tend to always get the sorry, the number you called was busy message or I would be put on hold and left there. The first few times, I was understanding because it can get super busy but then I noticed it happened 90+% of the time I called. I wish they had a better system because this has been the best place I have found since moving here and their poor communication is a big let down, especially when I go in and see the front lady just sitting in the pedi chairs...

They have top notch customer service. I asked f the same color gel nail polish as my sns manicure after she was done with my pedicure. They searched for the perfect match without hesitation. It was expensive for everything, but well worth it. They even have a loyalty program. I have found my nail salon.

They left my cuticles in shambles. They were better before he started.All I went in for was a simple manicure. The gentleman who did my nail started working on my cuticles. He wasn’t gentle instead of curling my cuticles in one piece, he would cut and pull each time he when tin the trim them. He even caused my nail to bleed. Instead of giving my treatment his full attention he wanted to watch soccer on his phone.He got gel polish on my skin. And the gel top coat they used, burned my fingers when I put it under the lamp.

First timers & I was very surprised at the service my mother, grandmother, and I received on yesterday. Julie was very attentive and made sure each of us were comfortable. The three of us received manicures and pedicures and everything was top notch. Everyone there worked as a team to ensure we all received great service. We will definitely be going back. We also loved the fact that there were no surprises when we went to pay. The total was exactly what we were told when we selected our services.

I got my eye lashes done. They looked fine at the shop but when I got home and really looked at them, it was heavily applied. The lady who did the lashes was pleasant. I would try them again.

I have been going to this salon since Dec 2020. The service is inconsistent. One visit they ruined a basic manicure. Didnt even buff my nail for $20. I told the manager who looked at my nails and apologized and told me he would speak to the tech. Still charged me $20 for a manicure that was a mess. I went on Sunday got the same horrible tech who gave me the worst $40 pedicure i have ever had. He was rushing bc his reg client with nails came in and that was more money. Spoke with the same manager. Reminded him of the previous issue. No discount just an apology. Nails look a mess and my feet were not even smooth and i didnt get any kind of foot or leg massage. Wasted $60 on mani pedi. Not gel ..regular polish. You lost a customer. This is just unacceptable. Learn to offer a discount. I lost time and money. Your techs dont get to do horrible service and you still expect us to pay for it.

Update 9/6/2020: The owner Julie responded to my review and asked me to come in today so she could fix my nails. She did an amazing job and was very apologetic about my previous experience. I will be backTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO HERE !!! I was serviced by Lucy who did an awful job on my nails. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager and he proceeded to pop my freshly put on nail right off. No soaking no nothing I was in excruciating pain. I was also charged the full price for my services which came up to $95. When I told him I didn’t think this price was right or fair he got on his phone and dismissed me. He then took the pad out of my hand and pressed done before I even finished my signature. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal and also incredibly rude. This place is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life. I wish I could single-handedly shut this business down myself. Save your time and money .

I went Wednesday to get my nails done with my little sister & the artist charged $90 for simple flowers, most of the flowers have 3-6 petals but ONE has 12.. its been 4 days & they are already lifting. Ive been here before & services was great but for a $90 set I expect my nails to last more than 4 days before lifting & for the flowers to all match..

Just got a full set of acrylic nails done by Vi and she was so helpful! They look great and she was super responsive and good at the trendy design that I requested. 10/10 would recommend!

I love coming here to unwind. The staff works well as a team and youre immediately serviced at the door. Ive been a regular for a few years. They have a great knowledge of trending designs as well as creative with whatever vision you have. The massages are so soothing. The pedicures are done in a super sanitary way. The shop is clean. I always tip well because they go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with their work.

Came here and the service was excellent. So professional and very very clean. The staff takes their time and really cares about their work. Wide range of services and pricing is more than fair because the staff is excellent and the service is even better.

I rarely have to wait for service. The technicians are professional and readily correct mistakes. Its a little pricey and that works for me. Seems COVID safe.Although its not as clean as it was when they first opened, I can recommend this place. Management should take some time to regularly clean all of the manicure chairs AND make sure they ask work properly.

I came to this salon a few days ago and my first experience wasnt as great. However, I alerted the manager Julie and she offered to correct my nails which she kindly did. In fact, she also went above and beyond to make sure I left a very satisfied customer. She is very skilled and when I return I hope she can be the one to do my nails. What I like about the salon in general is their hygiene. As soon as you walk in the door they ask you to wash your hands. This Ive not seen at other salons, it is clear they are taking precautions and hygiene seriously especially during the pandemic.

The prices are untrue. I got very very short acrylic with no gel and ended up paying $50 dollars for it. They should be truthful with the prices, because not everyone is going to be prepared to be overcharged. You’ll come in thinking that the price is like $ 20 and end up paying $50 for a basic acrylic. The person working on my nails was very rude and physically aggressive, if I moved she would holding my hand firmly & tell me “ don’t move!” And it made me very uncomfortable.

They have the space to keep social distance. They are very efficient with keeping the wait time to a minimal. They have a great designer who is on point with the hand designs. Only con is the price. I spent $68 for gel pedicure with nail art on two toes and eyebrows. It would be helpful if they had pricing posted.

Getting a pedicure and the gentleman taking care of me, named Q, saw me applying pressure to my arm (I do that when the pain is bad) and asked what was wrong. Told him I have CRPS but Im used to it- you know, my usual. Didnt think much of it. While the paraffin was working its magic on my adorable tiny little feet (and by tiny I mean giant for no reason), he asked if he could massage my arm. When I say this man put the love of God, Buddha, Krishna, and Zeus into my arm- 😳😳😳 I almost cried from the instant relief I felt! His kindness will never be forgotten, and he has a client for life! It is seriously all about the kindness and little things we do for each other in life.

John is amazing! My first time and he did my nails to perfection 😍. He took his time, was very attentive and made sure my nails were to my liking. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I and my husband got the same pedicure package but the tech I got didnt give me the same attention or thorough pampering that my husband got. He even noticed the difference. My toes look like a 7 year old painted them. Next, my eyebrows were waxed crooked. Needless to say, next time I will stick to John and the lady who did my husbands pedicure. They really did a fabulous job 👏 ❤

I called before hand and was told to be here at 6:30 for my full set. It’s now 7:00. I expressed on the phone that I could make an appointment for the next day, and still I was told 6:30 would be perfect. I’ve been moved twice to different seats.It’s now 7:15 and I have on nails but my tech has been called away to run the register.The only saving grace is that my tech is amazing and acutely aware of what’s happening. It’s now 8:00, and my powder was just applied. Please quote proper times.

My friend and I went to this salon excited about getting acrylic tips for the first time. I had wanted a marble design for one of my nails but my nail tech (I forgot his name) was saying only one person knew how to do a marbled design and she had not came in yet. She did come in soon after and gave a lovely marble design on my nail. So I left somewhat satisfied despite the small piece of glue on my pinkie nail that my nail tech tried to ignore when one of the other techs pointed it out to him. I only let it go because I figured eventually the glue would come off on its own (it has not). Fast forward to a week and a half and what you see is how my nails look now the beautiful marble design literally popped off my nail last night and my other nails are beginning to chip at the ends only thing that hasnt change is the small drop of acrylic glue on my nail. All I can say is never again,save your money, and waste of 45$.

Please stay away from this place .....employees are beyond rude , too expensive for no reason , $75 for fill in , $8 more for shape, $3 more to cut your nails and all these to do a very mediocre job ... there is a nail shop called top nails across the streets ...pls save ur energy and go there or somewhere else ... this place is the worst nail place I have ever been too ... I don’t think they even like ppl of color ...

This place does great nails. But when a woman come to a nail shop ur supposed to enjoy ur self. I was on the phone handling business. I was talking on my earbuds so I wouldn’t be rude. The works was talking louder then me. And I was told to hush as if I was a child which was so Unprofessional. They manager Thts normally hear would have never did tht.

I come to this nail salon all the time and i just happen to come today. Thinking my toes would look good like always and the last two times i’ve come the same guy did my toes. Today i got a regular pedicure and now my polish isn’t all the way on my toes it peeling already and i had a broken toe nail. I was definitely not satisfied with my service today.

I got my nails done by Julie and she did them exactly like I wanted them. I also recommended her to my friends and they all loved her work. I will definitely be going back to Julie whenever I need my nails done.

I got my nails done last Monday and had sns with tips and inlays and by Thursday two nails had already broken off and the inlays were coming out of my nails. It was a waste of $65

The absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had! Steer clear!

This was one of the worst nail experiences. First I asked for a manicure with no polish. Pretty easy. He didn’t soak my cuticles.. just buzzed them down which didn’t even get all my cuticles. I had to go to another nail salon to get my cuticles cut because I get bad hangnails and he just did a poor job. I even asked him to remove the SNS left over on my nails, he didn’t.Then, I paid for a $35 pedicure which was supposed to come with a nice 12-minute massage. I was lucky enough to get maybe 2 of those 12 minutes. Not very relaxing at all.Would not recommend this place if you want quality and relaxation for that they charge.

My service was excellent!!! I was greeted as soon as I came in like they were really happy to see me. Complimentary water is given without having to ask. This was my first visit, so I didnt know what I would be walking into. Johny was my nail tech and he did great! Everyone seems to know what they are doing and like doing their job. I will be back! I received a gel manicure with scrub, hot stones & paraffin wax - my nails look great the tech listened to what I wanted. The scrub, hot stones & paraffin were great, the tech even gave me a back massage while my hands were resting in the paraffin. Everyone was nice & attentive, I was offered water numerous times. I’ll be back!

I did my nails yesterday and I have really bad experience... julie did my nails and she charge me $45 for gel nails but the shape of every nail is different.

This was my first time coming and waited about 15-20mins before sitting down, so not long at all. Jennifer did my SNS and another lady did my pedicure. She recommended a manicure along with my SNS to ensure quality which I ended up loving in the end. She periodically spoke with me keeping light and friendly conversation. My nails and pedicure look AMAZING! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Based on all the five star reviews of this place, I thought id give them a try. My friend and I went in about a week and a half ago to get our nails done, we both wanted acrylic nails with a standout design on one of the nails. The receptionist/nail tech convinced us to get an SNS which was much healthier than acrylic so of course we were up for that. As the nail techs started to work on our nails, I noticed the nail tech working on my friends hands was giving her an acrylic tip, I then said that I wanted the same thing on my nails but he said Oh no honey you no get that so needless to say I was pissed. SNS nails are supposed to last for about three weeks yes? Wrong! these bad boys didnt make it pass a few days before the top coat started peeling off and two of my nails started chipping. What a waste of 45 dollars for subpar work. When we were about to pay for the work I again told the nail tech I was not happy with what was done and he got very defensive saying I never told him what I wanted. We paid and left but make no mistake that was the first and absolute last time we will step in to that shop! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Heres a tip for them.. CLOSE SHOP AND FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION!!

I’ve been frequenting here for some time hoping that the quality of service will improve, but it doesn’t. Out of all of the techs here, only the 2 guys and one or 2 girls can do nails. They are also known to be mad when you don’t tip for unsatisfactory work. Such a great location but subpar work, especially for the pricing.

This establishment always provides 5 star service. Julie does an excellent job waxing my eyebrows (I always receive compliments the next day) and my pedicure lasts for four weeks! The employees are really nice and friendly and I love the decor. After coming to this salon, I wont be going anywhere else!!

Even after two weeks this set hasnt budged at ALL!The service was fast, professional, and clean.I did get four accent nails with rhinestones and I had to come back because they didnt do a top cost so the rhinestones kept catching in my hair, which they fixed for free after I called and asked if I could come in super quick.

They take walk-in appts, and when it makes them very busy, they have complied with my request to just get a quick, plain manicure. But the best reason to celebrate them is they provide FREE simple manicures or pedicures to the elderly on certain days. They did this for lady I care for, so I plan to always use THEM.

Id also like to add that the whole staff is friendly and the office is very clean.

I went in this evening for a pedicure and a fill-in and left with my nails being removed and no fill-in. Two different technicians started completing my services. But due to me having SNS I needed to soak, that’s no problem; I expected that. However, what I thought was VERY unprofessional was the technician going to start on another person in the middle of my service. I was there for 2 hours and no one said anything about me not getting my nails done. 7:30p comes and I’m walking out because they’re closing. My nails look HORRIBLE because the SNS was removed and nothing else completed. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this establishment again, sadly. I really loved the services they offered but this is a deal breaker for me.

This is my go-to spot for over 3 years! I have my favorite nail technician who is awesome with SNS nails and I ask for her every time. Make sure you signup for the frequent visitor reward. Youll get deals sent to your phone via text. Many people comment on how they love my nails! At least try the spot once. Always be mindful what time you go and what the time they close.

Great work, lovely calm environment but slow I guess that’s best because the quality is top notch. If your going go early set aside at least an hour and a half it’s also expensive

Love love love the service employees got me coffee, complimented me the whole time made me feel comfortable and most of all did an excellent job on my nails.

They do not have enough nail techs and they ask you to sit on the sofa then tell you that after wasting ten minutes now if you’re good I don’t mind waiting but tell me up front and let me decide if I want to wait or not. Need more nail techs period.

Don’t let the aesthetics of this place fool you. They are unreasonably over priced. I came for a fill in and pedicure and ended up spending $65. No place I have ever went to has been that over priced for gel polish. On top of that, I literally left for not even 30 minutes and a nail broke. The tech made my nails, as well as the acrylic very thin. Since then ( it’s been a week and a few days) I’ve had three other nails break. When I came back the first time, same day I got the service, the tech was very rude and tried to say I was too rough. I will not be spending any more money here and I don’t advise you to either.

Worst nail experience ever. Went the first time for a pedi, was great so I returned, this time for SNS.I arrived when the nail salon opened- was the only custoner at the time. Male nail tech begins my nails but in the weirdest fashion- thought that mani included the hands and cuticles not just the SNS. He was in a super rush to complete my nails. Going so fast that he was cutting my skin with his drill and forcing the nail file to the point where it was abraiding my skin.First off, the color that I chose looked nothing like the color I got, second he didnt file my nails down until the SNS was complete. Just a couple days later and my nails look terrible and are on the verge of popping off.Tried to expresss my concerns while there but everything was all my fault (too jumpy, picked the wrong color, should get Gel next time). Do yourself a favor and save your money. Not sure if he was racist or just lazy.

When the place first open I gave it 5 stars. However my second visit I was not pleased with the service. The lady who did my nails was impatient with me as I was choosing the color. After she was done with my nails. She left me at the dryer station. Did not tell me how long I am suppose to be there and did not check on me at all. I felt ignored by all the staff. I used nail polish remover and removed the color days after because I walked out not satisfied with the color.

Salon is nice decor wise. I blame myself for not checking the reviews since this was my first time at this salon. I asked for the SNS and this was my 2nd time getting fhis service; first time at this place. I have learned QUICKLY that every nail tech is NOT skilled nor knowledgeable when it comes to SNS nails.My advice to anyone wanting this service get a referral, otherwise you stand the chance of being disappointed.I took my review down to 1....why? They had the audacity to charge me an additional $5, which they call an upgrade charge! When I asked her what was it for...you ready. They charge me $5 to remove the old SNS polish. Since when did dipping to remove polish become an upgrade?! I AM DONE!!!
