This was the best decision of my pregnancy - no question about it. Even if you arent necessarily interested in the method, just the general information Stephanie provides about hospital procedures and pregnancy health, as well as the peace of mind the method equips you with make it a solid choice. I dont know of any other classes that pay just as much attention to your partner as they do you; that was a huge plus. They need information and emotional support too! My husband gained the confidence and knowledge to be my advocate and support during my birthing time, which ended up being so so very important.We looked forward to this class each week. It was a great chance to relax as well as learn. Because of this class I was able to completely expel the fears I had about giving birth and trust that my body would know what to do (and I am a very nervous, type A person...important to note) I was able to maintain a sense of calm and focus throughout what ended up being a 42 hour labor in a hospital. There was nothing that the hospital staff mentioned as options for me throughout my time there, that hadnt been covered in Stephanies class. I felt in control during my birthing time, (even in times where things were not going as planned) and was able to coherently make the choices I felt were right for myself and my baby.This was worth the cost of the class and then some. I cannot recommend Hypnobabies enough.

Ive worked closely with Stephanie for years now. Ive taken her class as a doula and she is a phenomenal teacher. I send all my clients to take her classes. I have been able to see/photograph her doula care in action and I would definitely hire her myself if I were having more children. I highly recommend her and the Hypnobabies course for any parents hoping to achieve their dream birth.
