I had an extraordinary experience at Michigan Orthodontist Specialists. Dr McQueen is extremely gifted and thoughtful professional who cares for her patients. I was wearing braces for a little bit over 2 years, I recently got it off and I am more than thrilled with the with the results. I love my new smile! Since my first visit where she explained to me the treatment option and what is best for me, she makes sure to address any question/concerns I might have during each of my visits.Apart from the amazing results, I am happy with my experience with her friendly and professional staff, easy appointment scheduling, wait time is usually a couple of minutes, clean office etc. Would highly recommend.

The lady at the front desk is rude . Everytime I call to schedule a appt or have a question she always rushes me off the phone . She has no respect at all . And it’s sad and I’ve had my braces for months now and still haven’t seen a change . I’m considering about changing orthodontist.

I love Dr McQueen. All her office locations are always nice and clean. The staff are friendly. I have never had a bad experience. I love my new smile. I do wish I would have gotten a permenant retainer so I wouldn’t have to wear the invisiline. Great service, great experience, affordable braces and great results!
