A very helpful and efficient staff surrounding Dr Wright, who is very down to earth which took away a lot of the anxiousness I feel in a doctors office. After taking some vitals and reading my medical history and conversing, he readily prescribed a regiment of supplements to help me. From Monday until Friday night, I did not sleep but maybe one hr a day. Perpetual fever, headache, migraine, body aches, body chills so bad my body was shaking and teeth chattering. Could not hold any food down whatsoever. Got sick every day - anywhere from 2x to 7x. Depending on the day. Cold sweats daily. Went through 5 t-shirts per day from the cold sweats. I have actually lost 12 lbs in five days. Was 179 lb, now 167 lb. Dr. wright scheduled an appt Friday at 8:15 pm. I called different pharmacies - and all were closed. He found one open near me and called in the prescription for me so I could pick up my five meds Friday night. Although it is Sunday, I am moving around again and for first time sleeping comfortably again, no more headaches, dizzy-ness, and nausea feeling. Still with a fever at 100.2. But one day at a time. I owe my vast improvement to Dr Wright for his late night impromptu help and assistance.

My tele-visit with Dr. Wright this morning. He had me go into the office last week for a Nurse appointment for a blood draw. Dr. Wight was prepared to discuss my lab results and answer all my questions. His follow-up is amazing.

I really appreciate Dr Wright because he tries his best to take care of his patients needs. He really listens to you and if you would like a certain test, if its reasonable, he will order it for you. Also, you get the best of both worlds with Dr Wright. If you like traditional medicine, he will give you traditional medicine. If you like a more natural approach, he has a host of suppliments that will fit your needs. I personally love Dr Wright because of his knowledge and flexibility and would not go to any other doctor.

2012, starting seeing Dr wright. I was a mess. Alot of people dont like good drs. Because we mess up our health and then expect the drs to fix us. Id like to say it worked that way. Now. Dr wright changed medications, did testing found that I have been in A-fib. Sent me to a cardiologist and surgeon. He is intelligent far beyond his basic medical degrees. He takes you on as a family member. You can text him day, night, vacation. Day off .it doesnt matter.. he will do whatever he can to help. Hes the best out there. Give him a try.

An RNs point of view....The Best of the Best!!!I cant say enough good things about this clinic. Im a retired RN and I and my family come here and we feel very confident in the care we receive. Dr. Wright is our physician and he is AMAZING!!! Ive worked around many doctors over many years in nursing and I can tell you he is the Best. Hes very caring and listens to your needs. He always knows the right thing to do and is very very knowledgeable. Yes the wait to see him may be a bit long sometimes, but Good one of kind Doctors are worth waiting for. We drive an hour to see him because there is no one else better as far as we are concerned. Our prior Doctor was not even comparable to Dr. Wright. His PAs have been very good and knowledgeable and seem to really enjoy their jobs and have told us that they love working with Dr. Wright because they really learn allot. I totally agree with them that hes one of the most knowledgeable doctors Ive ever known. Hes really good at explaining treatments to his patients and answering their questions on a level that they can understand, which is very important. His office staff has been very helpful and do a good job with such a busy schedule they have to keep up with. I can see why they are so busy with having such great doctors on staff. Ive never gone to Dr. Mike, but my family has and they have nothing but good to say about their appointment time with him. So over all you will get great care here but may have to expect to wait because these doctors care and take time with you to explain things and dont rush you in and out just to make $. Its not about that here. Its about you getting the care you deserve. No office is perfect and things need to re-evaluated now and then. This office has been very good at making changes when possible to make things run smoother. They listen to suggestions and make sure your voice is heard. I have always had a positive experience going to Dearborn Family Clinic. I see Dr. Wright. He is EXTREMELY thorough and EXTREMELY intelligent. He has huge amounts of compassion for his patients and passion for what he does. He is not the type of doctor that is there for money or that has lost their compassion for patients. There is usually a wait time and ive heard complaints in the waiting room about it. However, MULTIPLE patients shut down this complaint as we all felt that this doctor was worth any amount of wait. Dr. Wright found my dads stage 4 cancer from a simple neck pain. He frequently runs all sorts of blood tests on me to make sure I am healthy. He listens to all complaints and follows through with them. He is as quick as possible while being extremely thorough. I am Pre PA and I aspire to be as good as Dr. Wright and to have patients that will defend my name in the waiting room. I would recommend everyone to him seeing as how he saved my dads life and has always been wonderful to me. The office is always clean and all staff has always been pleasant to me. The MAs are wonderful and very skilled at their job as well.With all of this said, I have seen some VERY rude patients in and out of here. They treat the staff like they are the most important patient there. They expect everything exactly how they want it and are taken back when the staff doesnt respond as pleasantly as theyd like. ALL people should work in customer service so they understand the positions they put the billing or front desk staff in. We are all humans, be patient with us. DO not be rude to other humans just trying to their job. Do not be demanding when you dont have experience in someone elses shoes.

Very rude workers. They talk down to their patients. Not private about anything. Even the Doctor gives results in front of other patients.. I have ONE pending Payment in process for $30 and they wouldnt see me. I even explained to them the payment is pending processing and they did not care and acted like I was making things up.

Terrible. They can’t fill out simple paperwork and fax it over. They had the paperwork for 14 days, I lost out on a weeks worth of pay and almost lost job because they didn’t fill it out

Husband and I have been going here for years. Called for a prescription refill of a uncontrolled substance that I need and they told me not until I come in and see the doctor. Mind you I have been on this same medication for 2 years and have never had to come in to get a refill. I go to my regular appointments but every 2 months for bp bills? Padding their pockets with office visit fees. SMH what happened to the best interest of your patient? Hubby and I will be looking for a new doctor!!
