Excellent care during my surgery!

The worst doctor ever seen. he did the surgery twice on my moms hand and still didnt do it right. this mf license needs to be taking away from him. all he cares is about making money and doesnt care about the patients results after the surgery

If I can give zero stars I would but I just wanted to come out here and say that if you have an upcoming surgery for what so ever please do not let this doctor be the one doing it. Book an appointment and do it with a different doctor. One of the worst unprofessional doctors/office i have ever been to.P.s my physician doctor Transferred me to him ( thank the lord hes not my physician doctor no more) i did a surgery with him when i was 15 years old and now am 20 the surgery till today still hurts me.

Amazing surgeon fixed my moms hand fast

Talk about unprofessional. I called to get my moms medical records faxed over to a specialist and the secretary went off on me for calling. She claimed I called “too many times” when this was the first time I called. I told her she had the wrong patient and asked if I could give her my moms birth date to confirm we were talking about the same person but, again, she claimed she knew it all and refused to let me speak. Shame on offices like this and staff members who are too useless to do their jobs. I guess this is what happens when you employ unqualified family members to save a few extra bucks. Needless to say, we will be seeing a new doctor.

The staff in the office is a big disaster. They asked me to call my insurance to check how much my operation will cost. So I called my insurance, and they told me that they can not tell without written notice as to why this operation is needed. I returned to Dr. Kassem’s office and they promised me that they will call the insurance but they never did. After one month, I called Dr. Kassem again, and they told me you have to call the hospital to find out. This is a big mess and I never been through such experience. What if I had a serious case? On the other hand, Dr. Kassem did not exams me; he just talked to me for five minutes. I do not recommend this office and believe they violated the standard of care.

DO NOT recommend at all, I took my daughter to get checked for a possible hernia, he said that SHE DID HAVE a hernia, and wanted to schedule the surgery before we left the office and my Daughter told them that she was going to wait; well someone called from the Dr office the same afternoon to try to schedule again the surgery but this time she said she was not going to do it, something told me to get a second opinion... I went to a different Doctor, he ordered a ultrasound and this other Doctor told me that there is NO HERNIA.My daughter could have gone through surgery without needing it.

Do not recommend what so ever he wanted to give me a surgery for an enlarged thyroid without even scanning it or checking what was in it or what it was exactly after canceling the surgery with the hospital they booked it at this clinic calls me back with the most disrespectful secretary I’ve ever seen and she’s yelling telling me why I cancelled and why I told the hospital I don’t want there doctor doing my surgery. I guess money comes before anyone’s safety nowadays
