This location deserves -5 Stars for lack of care and discrimination towards a potential new customer. I had a appointment scheduled for my 12 year old daughter on Sat 2/6/2021. We arrived 30 mins early. There was 3 guest being serviced and we waited patiently. One of the employees come over and ask if I have an appointment. Yes for my daughter and give them her name. She checks and says she could not find an appointment but they would see her.. Cool. She then comes back and says only her exam is showing available on her insurance but the lenses and frames are locked. I say ok well can we do her exam and Ill call the insurance company on Monday to unlock the other two. She then says now they cant see us. Well what is the issue?. The lenses and frames are locked.. Ok.. But the exam is not. So can we get the exam done?? She goes to the doctor and he comes out basically saying he off the clock and leaving. WOW OH WOW. 20 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS HE SAYS I HAVE TO PROCESS IT ALL AT THE SAME TIME. SO YOU CANT GET AN EXAM WITHOUT BUYING GLASSES??. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am a manager of a bank. I could have purchased the glasses. They didnt even give me that as an option. I feel as if me and my daughter was discriminated against and I plan on seeking an attorney about this matter.

Love this place. 2 ladies working and 1 doctor. Pleas trust me the eye doctor is funny and good at his job and ladies working with him are #1. Takes time because understaffing

Do yourself a favor and go to any other Walmart vision center or optometrist. The one working here is dismissive and displays a sincere lack of empathy. The only thing that seems to matter to him is money. Your money/insurance is best spent elsewhere.

Awful customer service, has no patience to answer valid questions, was told to wait after explaining reason for being there and was finally directed to customer services after being told they were capable of completing the desired transaction. Forty-five minutes wasted, no thank you.

Best place for me. They are a blessing to work with. Very fair people.

This is a great eye center. If you have any problems ask for Lujain. Thank God for Lujain, she is the best
