I highly recommend SME Shan Medical Equipment. My husband and I stopped by yesterday afternoon and Moe is really nice and has great customer service skills. I had a prescription for compression stockings since I’m due any day with twins. First, my husband went down with the prescription, my ID and insurance card. Moe came to the car to measure me and make sure he was giving me the best fit. I felt at ease because Moe was taking COVID-19 precautions, he was wearing a mask and kept distance. Sanitizing and allowing me to stay comfortable during this pandemic. Thank you, Moe!

I was directed to contact Shan medical after an accident, I spoke to Moe and he was great! Nice and helpful! He made sure I had everything I needed before getting off the phone, will be going back for sure! Great service!

This business was a customer of mine in southwest Detroit. Im happy to find them once again. This is the best medical supply company that will go out of there way to keep you as a customer .

More then 3 weeks waiting for them to get authorization,gave me the run around and all to tell me they made a mistake.

Very bad experience with this place , the owner of this facility very rude and money hungry, i used his service with c-pap supply, he didnt ship the filter for the machine on a monthly basis because the cost of the shipment , when i went to his place he wants to charge for the filter he was rude and careless for his customers, all he cares is to make money

The owner of this place is fantastic. My wife and I were in a tight spot when her breathing nebulizer broke (Asthma). I called this place 2 minutes before they closed for the night. He allowed me to pay over the phone and made special arrangements for me to pick it up after hours. She wouldnt have made it through the night without it. More businesses should practice this level of courtesy.

Just left there and was told the item 4×4 in a long pack doesnt exist but I buy it all the time from Trudells medical supply there just out of it..horrible way to do business, just because you never saw it that does not mean it doesnt exist. You just lost a customer.

My 82 years old dad orderd sucks and never received them, so we called to figure out what happened They claimed that they where sent and received. Because they had the wrong zip code we never got them.The Cost of the sucks are not even worth me writing this paragraph. But Im just warning you guys of this fake company. Please be aware thank you.

Lady that answers the phone is extremely rude! Business hours on a Tuesday are 10:00am-7:00pm! Guy didn’t get there til 10:15am-10:30am! Other people have things to do! I’d rather drive further than come here!
