Love Dr.Riabova, she is a great Dr. The staff are great. Anna, Karen, Saif are really great. She always hires a great staff. She has always been kind and understanding of any of my problems. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a new Dr. I thank her for her kindness. Beverly Manasian

I been dr. Riabova patient for almost 17 years, i love her. She is very professional, always listen to your health issues. I love her staff Anna & Karen they are all great and helpful. They are always so nice to me and my dad. There is a little wait, but the Doc office is very busy with patients.

Would definitely not recommend this office. While the PA was wonderful I was told I would meet the Dr. for my appointment twice and still never met her. When my blood work was done no one contacted me to interpret my results or explain what they even meant. I called for an explanation and the receptionists were rude and short with me. In addition months after my check up I received a bill for my blood work because it turns out they failed to charge my insurance. I felt taken advantage of by this Doctors office, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Dr. Riabova is great. Medically I have no problem with the office.However, the administration was horrible. It took them a few months to refund me a copay that did not apply to me in the first place and I had to keep calling them to keep moving forward with it. Their tone and attitude with me over the phone was not professional at all.

What in the world??? Listen, Dr. Riabova and her staff are SAINTS. I love this office. They are down to earth and smart and somebody should be giving them some credit for all their hard work. They are really busy, but I guess that must mean they are doing something right. I wouldnt have anybody else taking care of my family.

Dr riabova is greather floor staff is great.the front office staff.used to be. now they are forgetful. missing co-pays. calling about results i did not order.arguing with me over the phone as i recover from gallbladder surgery

She is horrible. she is always late! I have waited 2 hrs once to be seen. today I went for my 11 am appointment .. showed up 10 minutes early as well. at 11:40 I said what the heck when am I going to be seen. they told me the same story .. she isnt in the building yet. she is at the hospital. then why did you make appointments? no answer.. when will she be here. they dont know. I need my thyroid filled. you have my blood. we cant fill it without her seeing you. you dont even know when she is going to be in. last time I waited 2 hrs. they are sorry and have no way to help me .. I will come back .. call me when she gets in. they cant do that either. wtf. the worst. I was on my laptop to keep my self occupied in her office and bugs were landing on my screen, in a doctors office. WTF!!! I am forced to put one star .. other wise there wouldnt be one.

When Dr. Hammoud ran this office it was great. Service was wonderful, and hed work with the patient to create a medical plan to fix problems. He made people feel good by knowing them and remembering them, regardless of time between appointments.Dr. Riabova however doesnt share the same relationship skill. I wasnt happy that she just wanted to prescribe drugs and tests, instead of trying to figure out what was causing the problems I was having. One of the drugs seems to have caused some psychological issues. I called to talk to her about it. Her staff took a message, and then her staff called me back to say what amounted to stop taking the medication and go see a shrink.I wont be going back here.

Dr.Riabova has been my doctor for the last couple years.., she is always very helpful with giving me a diet plans for my weight loss challenges.., How to do it the healthy way, no short cuts... And her staff are always warm and friendly to myself and my children as well as we wait.. Thanks everyone H&R medical

My wife has had to wait over an hour and a half to see Dr. Riabova on her first visit. The wait staff are friendly but not very helpful. They arent straightforward with how long it takes to get seen by the doctor. The office has an outdated feel to it, with a lot of make shift cheap fixes to the office. Im an not sure what takes so long because all of the people working there seem to not be very busy, chitchatting with other people in the office. I am never coming back here again. The office tries to be a one stop shop with a lot of different things to offer yet pay the price for not being competent to be timely with patients appointments.

Very poor experience. I waited 3 hours for my appointment just to have ten minutes with Dr.Riabova. She does not answer all your questions and hurries as quickly as possible. When you ask her a question she does not know, she brushes you off and says I do not know everything. Look it up online. Her idea of explaining your affliction is printing off two papers off WebMD. I will not be returning.

Been seeing Dr. Riabova for 2 years now & Honestly She is the BEST Dr. that I’ve ever had .... She really cares about her patients and makes sure all is good from head to toe !!! And the staff that others were complaining about ????? They had to be there on another day lol ! I’ve always been treated with respect and will continue to go there!!!!👍🏽👍🏽

Wow. First let me just say that I have been a patient with Dr. Riabova and her staff for about ten years. I am shocked at some of the comments that have been shared thus far about this office. While I cannot speak to everyone’s personal experience, I can only say that I find it hard to believe that they are talking about the same staff that me and my family have come to know over the years.In 2011, I had a stroke. When I called the office about my symptoms, it was Tikidra (I’m sorry, I’m not sure how it’s spelled) that convinced me to go to the hospital immediately. I didn’t want to go because no one ever wants to go to sit in the ER for a headache, but she convinced me that my symptoms sounded like something more serious. I am forever grateful to her because if she had not told me to go, I might not be here today.Now, I will say that this is a BUSY office. I have been in the lobby where every seat was full on more than one occasion. As far as I know, she’s the only doctor there most of the time and I’ve only ever seen about 3 or four nurses there at a time, sometimes there’s only one girl at the front desk answering phones, so all things considered, I can see how sitting in the office for a long time would be frustrating. I will say that if you are on a time crunch, you should probably plan ahead before coming in for an appointment. The staff has always been courteous and kind to me and my family even squeezing us in on days when we were really sick and the schedule was full.I don’t know the people that these other comments are talking about, quite frankly. Having some experience working with the public, I know how hard it is to satisfy certain people in certain situations. I can only assume that they are disgruntled about situations that could not be avoided. I am truly sorry that their experiences have led them to feel they have to tarnish the good names of the people that work here. Working with the public is a hard job and I know you can’t please everyone. If you are looking for a good doctor, however, please don’t allow a few dissatisfied people dissuade you. This is a good office with good people working there.

Use to be one of the best place when Dr Hammoud was there. I cant stand the front desk crew they really are awful she needs new staff for sure. Im leaving to a different doctor. DONE WITH THIS PLACE

This is not a review of the doctor herself but the office and the arrogant woman Takidra (sp?) that has been running the show for the last few years! First of all, the usual wait is well over 2 hours every single time and this for a 15 min visit!! Dr. Riabova is smart but has no time often to discuss any issue in detail. What I am really peeved about is the arrogant office admin Takidra who has been very rude to me several times before, same treatment for my husband too! We are not uneducated idiots and she has no right to treat patients like that. She told me today that I understand you dont understand what I am saying! I am not stupid, I was trying to appeal to her that I needed to speak to the doctor for just 5 mins when THE DOCTOR GETS TIME THIS WEEK OR NEXT as I am leaving the country next week and have no time for an appointment (especially the 2 hour wait!). Instead, she was rude and when I called her on it, she had the gall to tell me to calm down and call her back when i am calm! SHE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. Worse yet, when I told her that I cant come and wait for 2 hours as I have a tight schedule at work before my overseas trip, she said if I dont like the way the office is run, I can find another doctor elsewhere!! IS THIS WHAT DR. RIABOVA THINKS TOO? DOES SHE WANT TO START LOSING HER PATIENTS? If this was a one off occurrence, that would be something. But this office admin needs to be fired and taught how to speak to patients! This office is not the only show in town and I will for sure look for a doctor elsewhere. I shouldve done that a long time ago when the admin was being nasty! There used to be a nice lady Sandy there who was a gem. There is still another african american nurse who is always kind and polite. Takidra has been there forever and always been the arrogant one! So sick of her and her attitude even when we have done nothing wrong!!

This place is utterly disgusting. Its so filthy. I went in for my appointment at 130.. they called me in at 230. And left me in the room for an hour. When I came out to ask how long it would be, they told me it would be a Lil bit more, I told them I was going to leave and nobody cared not even the doctor that was standing right behind me. Basically opened the door for me. Save yourself the trouble and dont step foot in here.

Dr Riabova is an excellent, caring Doctor.
