This doctors office used to be way better in 2014 to 2018 can see why they have so many bad reviews…. they need new nurses ASAP. The doctors are very polite like Dr.fadlalah and Dr. Reyos. but them nurses i do not trust. The nurses are very rude and uncaring. Why be a nurse or a phlebotomist if you are going to treat people poorly. hopefully things will get better but im currently looking for a new doctors office. like i said hopefully things will get better at this location because no patients= no job 🤷🏽‍♀️

My wife was unfortunate enough to have to go to this office. They are disrespectful and reckless. She made an appointment here almost one month ago for noon. One hour before her appointment she was called by the office and asked to come in early. She dropped everything and headed to the office. She arrived at 11:32am. The receptionist told her she was too late and her appointment had been given away. This is completely unacceptable. We are filing a grievance against this office for this ridiculous behavior. DO NOT go to this doctors office. You will regret it in every single aspect.

I love my Dr. but I’m looking for a new office. They are constantly rebooking my appointments. I’ve been pretty sick so it inconvenient. The woman who calls has told me I’ll welcome to go somewhere else which has made me feel invaluable as a patient. When I showed up for my appointment today.. my doctor was on vacation. When I asked why no one bothered to call they lied and said my phone was disconnected. Either they called the wrong number or they knew I wasn’t going to be happy about another cancellation on their end..my phone always works.. sorry but I’m not happy about making a hour drive there and back. I love my DR. But not enough to deal with this disaster of an office.. don’t go here!!

This office is horrible. Constantly changing office managers. Will NOT return calls, emails or online request. They now have removed the xray machine in the office. My dad has been going here for years and is now out of 3 scripts for 2 mth. They dont respond to our calls,express scripts calls or the pharmcy calls! Horrible the way they treat their patients. Finally found Dr. Scoures new office, so we will NOT return to Beaumont Primary Care. This office needs to be ahut down.

Worst doctor office Ive ever been to! I was only there because of a specific doctor that was amazing. and since she left, I will never go back. Long hold times and the 2 main doctors left care less about your well being than a fish cares about using a toilette! Avoid at all cost!

Been a patient there for over ten years. Yes, the office can get busy and the wait time get tiresome, but thats because the Doctors and staff are personable and take their time when they are with you. That can make some appointments push into another time slot.Id rather wait ten or twenty minutes more for a doctor that will listen rather than go see someone that herds patients through like cattle.Never had a bad experience, but it can get tough getting an appointment the next day or so.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is completely a mess. Rude front desk staff. Everytime I go in there the front desk ladies are talking badly about patients. Then they give you a hard time about everything. I will be looking for a new doctors office. Dr. Skoures was really the only good thing about this office and now I know why she left.

I have been there for over 7 years and I love the doctors there. I never had a bad experience with any of the front desk staff. Botsford is the best! All my doctors work as a team. I love there work.

The doctors are amazing but ever since Beaumont took over it’s been nothing but one giant clusterf@&k. Call during normal business hours and was sent to the after hours service/message more than not. My daughter was just there six weeks ago CVS has five times tried to get a refill authorization and they keep sending back that my doctor said no I am 110% positive it’s not the Dr. Also ever since Belmont took over they will not give you a referral for any specialist other than a Beaumont Even if that specialist is not a provider for your insurance and your insurance will not cover it they really don’t seem to care. The doctors and nurses are phenomenal it’s the new management under Beaumont. In the 20+ years I have been going there I never had a single issue until Beaumont took over.

Last time I will go to this office. I have wanted to break ties for awhile . Waited over two hours to see Dr and decided to leave. They were asking patients to come back due to being so behind. The front office is usually very rude. The Doctors are great though so its unfortunate. The urgent care is my primary care physician at this point because you can never get in here. When I was waiting in lobby person answering phone said Dr was booked up through June. I just wanted a vaccine but refused said I had to wait for Dr for examination. I went to Kroger and got it with no wait and no hassle. I suggest you avoid this office.

Since the new office manager/staff, this Drs office SUUUUCCKKKSSS! Hardly answer phones. Ive been out of important medication. Ive called several times before I was completely out. They kept transferring me to the refill line. (Never had to do that before.) I left my name/number and message for the refill line and still no one has responded in any form or fashion. Time to escalate these issue.

This is the worst doctors office. My primary recently left and I am on multiple medications (and have been for years). I called to schedule an appointment and was told point blank that the other doctors would not fill my medications because they are controlled. Now I have to find a new primary and go without my medications until I can get in somewhere else. Not only did they not seem to care but they gave no recommendation for where I do need to go in order to continue the treatment Ive been on. This place is full of truly careless people who clearly do not put themselves in other peoples shoes. Congratulations to Dr Skores on getting herself out of this office but I wish I wouldve been informed that her leaving meant Id have to be off my medications cold turkey with no explanation as to why. Do yourself a favor and leave this place if youre a patient, find a doctors office who wont screw you over.

Does anybody know where Dr. Skoures went? I cannot find her at the location she said she was going. As for a review....... Dr. Skoures was the only reason I went there. She is an amazing doctor, which is why Im posting all over the internet to see if anybody knows where she went. I dont mind the wait for her. She is very thorough (even a little chatty). The office staff....... thats another story. I went for an appointment one day (had to take off the morning from work), get there and they tell me that theyve cancelled all appointments for that day and called everyone to reschedule. NOPE. Not me. Waste of an hour. Office staff is rude, unprofessional and its like pulling teeth to get them to do anything other than stand around talking about their nails.

My doctor is awesome.... Ive been seeing her since my original doctor left and i wish she was still there tho.. She knew me/my family! Theyve gotten so slow with service!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. From office wait times in excess of 2 hours of your appointment; to 30 minute hold times on the phone during which you cannot get ahold of a live person and have to leave a voicemail ,which by the way isnt returned despite leaving call back information; to ignored refill requests, this is a deplorable office. I am thoroughly disgusted with their service. My doctor was amazing, but her staff is horrible. I have contacted them, for example, 5 times now in the past10 days for a refill. All I get is a, Ok, well give her the message. Keep looking. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this office.

Terrible management, everytime I call in I’m at least 30 min on hold and today I showed up to my appointment at 8:00 am and was 50 minutes late because whoever does appointment double booked this time for Dr. mary whatever her last name is. Doctor skoures is amazing, but the front desk needs some help. EVERY time I call im on hold no less than 15+min, and in addition they do not answer the phone if u call when they first open. Ive literally sat on hold and drove up there with them still on line, and asked why they hadnt answered yet and the lady said she forgot to turn her phone on

I had almost exact same as previous poster, cold turkey... I wish I knew where dr Skoures went she was awesome and the only reason I stayed.... I was a patient there for 22 years and in the last couple years the service in there just kept sinking into the swamp... the service used to be great but I am happy for dr Skoures I wish I knew where she went..... the office called me up the day I had an appointment with her and said she was no longer with practice, appointment canceled and had to find a new primary..... I would rate -10 if I could ... AVOID!!!!!

This a mismanaged office. The staff who answer phones never have an appointment available. They say if you are sick. and call at 7:00 am they have appointments . They said to come in at 8:00am. I sat there until 12:00. Oh they said were sorry. didnt realize you were still here. Then I made an first available appointment waited 1 month and they text me the day of and cancelled it. It takes the staff sometimes 30 minutes on hold to answer the phone. I usually end up going to an urgent care not affiliated with Beaumont by my house. So much for Beaumints accurate record keeping since the Dr I see has no idea what happened at the urgent care. I am tired of their incompetence. Think Ill find a new Dr and hospital. Rude place Dont waste your time.

Dr Fadlallah is my sons Dr and there very happy with him, Im also happy for the way he took him time to get to know them and there issues

Botsford Primary Care has the worst front desk staff you could imagine. They will schedule you for an appointment, and then wait until you come in to say the system says youre too early for your next prescription to be given. Like you literally will be dealing with a bunch of people who cant even seem to work a computer, or do their job properly. The same day as my appointment I literally called to push the time back for my visit, and wasnt told then that I was too early to receive my next injection, instead I had to go all the way up there to be told. Everytime I deal with them its a very unpleasant experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

My doctors are great! I see Dr. Mary Ann Skoures and Dr. Rodwan Fadlallah. However, the office staff is horrible! Im always put on hold for 30 minutes to over an hour just to get a refill or to make an appointment. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, they need to be fired and replaced with more professional staff. I once was on hold so long that I drove up to the office while still on hold. When I got there; I was just greeted unprofessional. If it wasnt for the great doctors I see; I would have been left.

They never answer the phone. On hold 30 minutes everytime and no one answers. Impossible to make an appt.Dr Skouris and Dr Fadlalah are great. I only deal with the miss-managed front office because the Doctor care about you.

Ive been going there for 14 years but now a days they are slow take long to answers phones and then you go to your appointments it takes hours to see the doctor and when you work and cant stay for that long you have to leave and book another appointment witch is prone months out as well. If you want a family doctor this is not the place keep looking

I had Dr. Edge when she was in an office by herself. Never had a problem. Anything I needed, I just called the office and it was taken care THE FIRST TIME!! And it was done Right!! Since she moved to this office, its been nothing but a pain. I frequently require referrals. It takes me 2 or 3 times (days) calling to get it sent over. Real time wise, it takes a phone call to the insurance provider. I had an appt. with a specialist that took me two months to get. Called for a referral A WEEK in advance. I stupidly assumed it would be there by my appt. Imagine my surprise when i checked in and the was no referral on file. Luckily the the girl called BCBS and got one over the phone. Imagine that! I she hadnt done that, I would have had to reschedule and God knows how long that would have taken!I love my Dr., but as soon as I can, Im going elsewhere. If youre looking for a Dr....Keep looking.
