It started of bad because I was at the wrong location. But I was accommodated at the correct location which made it much better.I didnt wait long and everyone was nice and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable about my particular issues and helped me to understand why I was in pain.

Everyone is very polite, doctor didnt pull no punches let me know exactly what to expect an he was very informative about my condition.

I really love how efficiently this office is run. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes. Dr. Sarmast is friendly and professional. The staff he has working for him are also. The only thing I am scoring him low for is messiness of his rooms. There are usually lots of random boxes and items lying around.

After years of suffering from carpal tunnel, Dr. Sarmast performed the carpal tunnel release surgery on my dominant hand. I never expected to feel years of pain relieved within just one day. Every night since my surgery Ive been able to sleep normal again. I havent had any problems after my surgery;Hes also very compassionate and nice to his patients. Him along with the rest of his staff are very nice and professional! :) Thank you so much!

Finding out doctor Sarmast is in Dearborn is like a hidden secret! my wrist has been swelling for days. immediately after the shot my swelling went down. I do NOTT like shots, and this one was no exception. it stung for a good 3 hours. the next day the pain was minimal. glad i found this location!

Very disappointed that the test results showed that the pain iam dealing with is related to carpal tunnel. however, i trust doctor sarmast. i know im in good care.

Dr. Sarmast is an amazing doctor! He’s never in a rush. He takes his time with all of his patients. He isn’t like many other doctors that see you in only 5 minutes, he makes sure to go in depth with you individually to make sure you understand what it is that you need to be treated for. The staff is also very excellent!

Dr. Sarmast was great! He took his time to explain things in a way that I could understand. He explored all options and walked me through the benefits of each and the different outcomes. I am glad I went to see him as other doctors would rush through the appointment and want to schedule surgery so quick.

After my husband almost chopped his thumb off while building a shed, Dr. Sarmast did a great job of repairing the injury. He and his staff are very easy to talk to and gave him great care. We had a mix up with the insurance/billing, and the Clinic manager was prompt and worked with us to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

Dr Sarmast is an excellent surgeon. He took his time with me at every visit. He always did what it took to solve my problems, whether it be to get new imaging, physical therapy, or anything. He always did what he could to help me improve. His staff is very kind and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon.

First of all my appointment was for 8am and they did not open until 8:20am. Then Dr. Sarmast took no time explaining anything to me. He was provided an MRI and a DVD disc. He never looked at the MRI report and misread the Disc. He took no more than two minutes with me. I immediately made an appointment at a different specialist who knew exactly what was going on with my condition and explained my options in every detail. It was not that difficult so I would never go back to Insight Specialists.

I have worked with Sakina after my wrist surgery in June 2019. Sakina is an excellent OT. She took her time explaining and educating about the impact of the surgery on my arm. She listened patiently to my complaints and worked with me to slowly get my range of motion and strength back. Her calm and positive demeanor created an environment that kept me motivated to work hard in OT. Moreover, Sakina works closely with Dr. Sarmast and she spoke to him frequently about my progress and/or concerns. I strongly recommend Sakina!

Dr. Sarmast, is really a very good and recommended Dr. as he treated 2 fractures at the same time , and after only 3 month and with no operations needed. and with the help of the therapist working along side with him , Dr. Sakina Bohra, I am now back healthy and healed and gained back almost 90 % of my strength and more to come

Fantastic experience and a perfect end result after my recovery. Im a hairstylist that back in Sept had a fall and had a complete ulnar ligament tear to my thumb. Dr Sarmast performed my surgery and placed a pin and 2 small screws to fix and stabilize. I was in a cast for about a total of 7-8 weeks with some pain and Dr Sarmast and staff definatey addressed and took care of me. Ive been back to work now since first week in Jan and I must say that Dr Sarmast saved me to perform my duties to carry on my livelihood. I thank him and staff for such professional, prompt care. Im back to 100% and i want to thank them. Great job!!
