Saw me within 5 minutes of my arrival. Nurse was kind and efficient. Leila Abbas was her usual wonderful self. Gave me good news about my improved health. The blood draw was surprisingly easy and less painful. Im switching to Oak Streets pharmacy since its convenient and delivers like Humana.

They took me in close to the appointment schedule time, which I appreciated; however, there was a l-o-n-g waiting period before the nurse practitioner arrived to see me. Other than that, my visit was a positive, helpful one. She was, as usual, most caring and helpful.

3777 Heritage Parkway: I was looking for somewhere closer to home for my healthcare needs. Oak Street Health was just what the doctor ordered. I was pleased with the staff members that I came in contact with both by phone and in person. Everyone was professional and welcoming. The nurse practitioner, Leila, who discussed my medical chart from my previous healthcare provider with me was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Im looking forward to the relationship that I will have with this facility and the medical professionals.

I feel I received good care in general. I am not sure everything was necessary. I do feel confident the staff is trying to do what is in the best interest of my health.

As always my visit was great, for a doctors visit Im always smiling because there isnt a depressed person in there, there are smiling when I walk in the doorand when I leave. Contiguous. I forget how much I hate going to the doctors.

I have never felt this extremely humiliated by not only a doctor but it includes the whole team other than a kind & caring receptionist. My legitimate disability was minimized, mocked & out right made fun Dr. Daniels is the most unprofessional doctor Ive ever come across. I am said to say that i have to go as far as consulting an attorney

Been getting harrassing phone calls and hang up calls ever since Ive dealt with this place. They are trying to see if I am home. And another is a woman asking if I have pain issues. Total phishing scam by one of these employees.
