Best Daycare in the metro Detroit area. I feel safe knowing my kids are under the supervision and care of Dreamy Staff. Their Director Miss K. is hands down the sweetest most caring human being I have ever come across. She has been working there for over 10 years and every parent loves and adores her and I can see why. Miss K always greets you and your kids by name as if you entered a family members home. I was worried about my kids first day thinking they would end up crying for hours like they always do when family/friends look after them; instead they ended up crying when picking them up cause they wanted to keep playing with their new friends.But The biggest reason I chose Dreamy Daycare though is their strict no exceptions COVID-19 (Corona) health and safety policies that every parent must review and accept before getting permission to register. These policies/protocols were implemented to prevent/minimize outbreaks and they include:1. MANDATORY No entry without a mask policy.2. MANDATORY parent/child temperature readings before entry.3. Children are only permitted to Enter/Exit the building accompanied by Dreamy Staff during Drop-off/Pickup.4. MANDATORY pick of any child with COVID like signs/symptoms.5. Individual Quarantining of any child that develops COVID like signs/symptoms until pickup.6. Any child denied entry/Picked up for any COVID like symptoms is denied re-entry pending a negative corona test result which includes contact information of the testing facility for confirmation/validation by dreamy staff. Doctor calls/notes are not accepted. Falsification of any test result will result in permanent ban from all dreamy children center facilities.

I know nothing about this daycare at all; I’m in search of another place for my daughter, so I’m reading these reviews…. I am an administrator at an elementary school, so talking to parents is a main part of my job. Based SOLEY on the replies from the business in response to the negative reviews, I will not pursue this daycare at all. EVEN IF the stories parents/ prior employees are putting on here aren’t totally factual (and I don’t know what’s true or not bc I wasn’t there), the manner you’ve come back at them with insults and being completely defensive is unprofessional and immature. I don’t want to raise my daughter to act like that. I hope y’all stop responding and/or change who posts on here to someone with more tact because wooowwww, no thank you.

So glad I found this place. Clean, safe, professional. You can tell the staff really care about the children. Ive tried several centers in the area and this is the only one that gave me a good feeling. My child has been there for since June and she literally runs in so excited every morning. Highly recommend.

I am just a 12 year old, but I was in the first class when the school started. I love every single one of these teachers so much! They are respectful, and very reliable! My mom is now a 5th grade teacher there and the kids in her class love it. My little brothers in 2nd grade also love it and everyone we know that we sent them to that school love it so very much! Thank you to everyone who took care of me and my family in this school!

This is the only center I felt comfortable leaving my children in. They actually take the COVID precautions seriously. They clean and sanitize like no one other day care is doing. The steps they are taking to keep my children safe are the only reason I agreed for my kids to return to the day care and my wife now can go back to work.

I am not a parent but I did go there I seen mold in the walls and the food is not good and some teacher are mean and they only act nice to the parents and most computers dont work and is smells like pee and it look disgusting and there is a camera that faces the girls bathroom and I been there for 2 years 🤢🤮

I love this school and the teachers. I just wish it went at least up to middle school. Hopefully in the future.

Dreamy childrens center is an AMAZING daycare! My two kids have been going here for over a year now and I have never had to complain or question anything. They love the center , they love the teachers and they love their class mates! The staff is very friendly & helpful as well. They treat you like family here & that’s what I love most about this center. My 2 1/2 year old daughter knows all of her colors, shapes , numbers, the entire alphabet, how to trace over the lines etc. thanks to they’re amazing teachers who take the time to really educate these children! I’m so grateful for everyone who works at this daycare and for the owners as well. Very kind and humble people.

I have been in constant shock with this day care. They have absolutely disregarded any and every wish that I had stated for the sake and care of my daughter. The disrespected me as a parent and stated time after time in multiple different ways that I am an unfit parent. Why? Because I chose to feed my daughter what her doctor told me it was time for her to start eating. Time after time, I spoke with the owner/boss of the staff and she yet again ignores me as though I am not important. (“I don’t want to hear it anymore.”) My infant daughter has been attending to this daycare since October- February and I have finally decided it was enough. I gave them the benefit of the doubt countless times. I tried so hard to make it work as a parent but after so many times of walking into the day care and spotting the care worker in my daughter’s class do multiple things that I specifically stated not to do. She ignores me as well as many other parents and does things her way simply because she thinks her way is the only and right way. News flash to the daycare staff and to everyone who seems to struggle in understanding this simple concept, she is MY daughter NOT yours. I DECIDED what goes in her mouth and WHAT DOES NOT. I decide what YOU DO because I like every other parent PAY YOU to do this job and to do it RIGHT. NOT ON YOUR OWN TERMS but on OURS. Thank you.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CENTER! I LOVE THE FAMILY WHO RUNS IT! I AM THANKFUL FOR THE CARE THEY GIVE MY DAUGHTER AS WELL AS THE EDUCATION AND EFFORTS THEY PUT INTO HER GROWTH WHEN I AM AT WORK. I have 2 daughters one is 13 and one who is now 3 1/2. My youngest daughter has been coming here since she was an infant. As all mothers know it is hard to place an infant in the hands of anyone. HOWEVER I HAVE NO WORRIES AND THE BEST PEACE OF MIND WHEN I TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO DREAMY CHILDRENS CENTER. I know she is well taken care of!!! SHE BEGS ME TO GO! As I mentioned my oldest daughter is 13 when she was younger she had been to many different programs and child care centers before I found Dreamy Childrens Center. At the other places I always felt uncomfortable, I always worried, I never had the peace of mind like I do when I bring them to Dreamy Childrens Center. My oldest loved it here! The girls are great and responsible the teachers are hard working and amazing. This place has morals and integrity. THIS PLACE REALLY GOES OVER AND ABOVE FOR THE PARENTS AND THE KIDS. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THEM. I also have three nieces that attended this center and loved it as well. I would highly recommend bringing your children here.

I LOVE this center! They make sure each child is happy and learning! The food is cooked in the center and is never store bought,not to mention that the fruit is fresh for my kids! (it doesnt come out of a can) The center is always clean and smells nice! The teachers are certified and so nice! Honestly Im so thankful this place is open, i wouldnt know what to do with out it ! The worst day care. I had to pull both my children out. Very unprofessional. The staff are rude always on their phone never on time everyday a different teacher. Very cheap and unorganized, my kids hated them and so did I. Please if you love your kids dont send them to this day care. And to prove my point, read the replies on the negative reviews they are the worst ever.

The staff are amazing, they are like a family. They care about my kids specially Ms. K she is a wanderful women. My kids are young 20 months and 3 years and they love going there. I get updated with my kids progress daily beside the great support from them.

Well i dont have kids that go here but i have seen the responses from the owner or someone within and its absolutely disrespectful in every way possible...you dont ever talk to someone who is basically paying for YOUR paycheck and giving YOU business...when a parent drops off a child and has special dieting needs or something that a doctor has absolutely signed off or agreed on then thats something that any daycare or child center by law has to respect. If not well you can and WILL lose your license.

My daughter have been going to this daycare since she was 6 weeks old. She is now 2 years old, I enjoy how the teachers communicate with me about my daughter. My husband and I are thankful for this center we are first time parents so bringing my Saniya here every morning has put our minds to ease to know that she is getting treated with dignity, respect and love. I recommend this center to everyone I know with little ones.

This place needs to be shut down by the state immediately because it is AWFUL. All the kids do all day is eat, play games, and sleep. They don’t have any activities planned (like a NORMAL preschool/daycare should be run.) i know because i trained here and it was awful. Happy that the owner let me go because the place is a mess and it’s a joke. I love ms margo though. ❤️

My son wen to day care there for two years and it helped him get ready for school,I highly recommend this place

My son went to this center on two occasions three weeks apart. I brought him back because I originally loved the daycare. I dont know if it was because it was a new teacher or what but they kept losing his belongings and he never had an assigned cubby. I asked on several occasions for them to get him one and they never did. I stopped taking his backpack and blanket because I could never locate it. In the mornings they met in one room, when I picked him up it was another.. If this kind of thing doesnt bother you than it really is a nice place to bring your children. My sons safety has never been an issue and everyone is really nice.

I understand as owners and employees you want to defend yourself. However it isn’t necessary for you to comment on every negative review with a sarcastic and condescending tone. Just accept the fact that your daycare isn’t for everyone. The owner (the dad) needs to be educated in how to communicate with parents. I’ve overheard him on several occasions talking down to parents. I’ve witnessed with my own eyes children being neglected. I’ve had friends who pulled their kids out after only one week. Sorry you can’t accept criticism. Maybe you need to take the criticism and apply it to what you need to work on.If I could, I would give this daycare center negative stars. First off, on more then one occasion Ive seen the owner yelling at parents. He is very unprofessional when dealing with parents. Anytime a parent has a concern or a complaint the parent is in the wrong, not them. Ive witnessed children sleeping in the middle of the classroom and other kids just walking over them. Ive witnessed kids sitting alone in the corner being ignored. All this daycare cares about, especially the owner is collecting money. I pulled my daughter out because I was continuously lied too, and I had enough. It wasnt the teachers I had an issue with so much, it was management.

I have been a foster parent for 10 years and have always brought my kids to this center. I cant imagine anyone else caring for my kids. The director is amazing and always pleasant.

Okay, Sam B, you know from the bottom of your heart that is not true, first off there is no one owner the center is family owned the sisters are in charge of everything, and they have never yelled at any parent, as a matter of fact they treat us and our children like were a part of their family, the center is the cheapest in the area if they were money hungry they would ask for a lot more. Just go check out their facebook page and those pictures will tell you how much they love and care for our kids!

I am currently searching for a school for my child. This was the third school I surprised visited because this is the only way to sort of know what youre working with. Oh and did I!!!! The school smelled like urine. All of the school including most of the classes. In 4 of the classes children were all over the place. The 2 of the teachers were out just sitting there, 1 tried to control the classroom, and the other day was out of the room. It is under construction so towards the younger children classes there was construction materials in the hallways and an open construction area with drywall pieces on the floor where anyone could get hurt. The walls were so dirty. Compared to the other places I visited it was a rat hole. The principal said to me that they paint the walls every summer but the children still misses them because I said something about the holes and dirt in and on the walls. And I mean a lot of dirt. Also when I first entered she was the hesitant to show me around. I asked her is Halal food served here she said yes. When I asked to see the kitchen she wouldnt allow me (which the other schools did). I told her that I just wanted to see if it is clean. She told us that it is under construction right now so the children will eat outside the school today, we have chicken Mcnuggets for them. I was shocked because that is McDonalds food. I told her that isnt Halal. She said it. Whatever at that point because the construction material sealed the deal for me. No way!!!! So out of 8 schools so far that I have visited off this is the only one nasty. But most staff was nice. The principal was very nice too. It just isnt safe for children. It needs better management and a janitor

Sam B., I think you are wrong on a few counts. First of all the owner is the most amazing daycare provider I have ever met and one of the most amazing people. My 6-year-old son has been going to this center since it opened, and to the home daycare the family had before that. Hes been going since he was 5 months old. We have ALWAYS been treated as if we were part of this family, despite the fact that I have asked the owner on more than one occasion to go above and beyond the call of duty. He welcomed us in, even knowing I might ask him to also care for my older son who is wheelchair bound and completely disabled. When this son was 4 or 5 years old, his public school in Ferndale unexpectedly cut his summer school day in half. I called every single daycare within his school bus range asking them to take him in the afternoons. All refused, fearing to care for a child in a wheelchair. Since I am a single mother working the day shift in the Dearborn area, I was forced to either quit my job or find some other seemingly impossible solution. The owner of this daycare not only offered to take my disabled son on in the afternoons, but also volunteered to drive all the way from Dearborn to Ferndale to pick him up each day from school and bring him back to the daycare, with no cost to me. The generosity of this man saved my job and also was a major help in getting me through a very stressful situation in my life. As far as money goes, this daycare has always been the cheapest in the area. Also, when Ive had troubles come up. the owner would allow me to pay late and was really understanding. In my opinion, you just cant go wrong with this daycare.

WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARSWhat happened to me today is unforgivable and something I would never accept from a place that promotes to be a place where I can be feel safe and comfortable to leave my child. Today I called to check on my son and was transferred to his class and was told he was not there, knowing very well that he was dropped off there in the morning. I have never been so scared in my life that my child was missing or hurt and gone from me forever! As I drove to the school scared out of mind, I continued to call and was told again and again if I was sure he was brought in and maybe Im wrong. HOW WOULD I NOT KNOW IF MY CHILD WAS DROPPED OFF! THAN YOU GUYS STOPPED ANSWERING CALLS, AND WHEN I CAME TO FIND MY SON YOU TELL ME YOU HAD THE WRONG CHILD IN MIND, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! WHAT KIND OF PLACE DOES NOT KNOW WHO IS TALKING EVEN AFTER I ASKED FOR MY CHILDS TEACHER BY NAME AND THAN YOU TELL THERE IS MORE THAN ONE CHILD WITH THAT NAME. I MAKE IT A PROMISE TO MYSELF TO NEVER ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW BRING THERE CHILD TO YOUR PLACE. I TRULY FELT MY HEART STOP THINKING MY BABY WAS MISSING. THIS HAPPENED TO ME A FEW HOURS AGO AND MY TEARS AND FEAR ARE STILL ROLLING DOWN MY FACE. I PRAY NO PARENT FEEL THE FEAR I FELT TODAY.YOU CAN DELETE MY POST BUT I PROMISE YOU I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA!

My kids started at this daycare in the infant room with ms Margo and finished up pre pre school with ms muntaha. To say I am forever grateful for the kindness and support this daycare has offered my children is a understatement. Having twins I never once escorted my kids out alone to the car, rahma and Nashwa always helped me out. They treated the kids with kindness and the parents with respect.. A place I recommend to anybody and every body.

If I could my self give this day care a 0 review I would.They are not professional at all. When I say they it doesnt mean the teachers them self it means the staff in the front office they are always moody & mean.I dont think this business will last because of the way people get treated there. State needs to come out & check out how bad of a day care this is.Will never put my children in here in my life again.
