They are pretty nice and will understand if u are a few days late paying...not more than a week...but leniency is involved bc they dont wish for anyone to use drugs again and assume if u paid $80/day before on drugs why is $78/wk a problem? Doctor is ok...just dont know if hes high himself or resting back there😂 receptionist is so 😎 cool...no wait hardly ever. Thats good enough for me!

First, the doc here seems to be bothered when he has to see somone. It honestly seems like he doesnt know what is going on there. My therapist was horrible and I felt worse when I left her office than I did before I went in. The receptionist and most of the nurses are very nice and helpful. I dont want to feel like I am bothering someone who is supposed to be there to help me, I dont want to feel disrespected by a therapist who wouldnt even talk things over with me, who just pushed Her views onto me. There is another clinic that is closer to me and much much better. I wouldnt recommend this place unless youve been to other clinics that are a lot worse.

Update: As of two weeks ago (December 28, 2020), all clients of the Dearborn Heights clinic were transferred to either Sterling Heights or a competitors clinic (Ultimate Solutions) in Livonia. As an epileptic, I cannot drive. It would be nearly four hours each way via Public Transportation to get to the Sterling Heights location from my home and the Livonia option is not on a bus route. This is a comparison to the hour bus ride to the Dearborn Heights clinic. I am concerned about the clients that may fall through the cracks and relapse due to these changes. Unfortunately, people may lose their lives due to this change. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. We still have no time frame for them to reopen. (As of Jan.10th, 2021)Changes started being visible to us as clients when there were staffing changes in the Fall of 2020. From my perspective, it began with a therapist leaving followed shortly by the Security Guard. Then notices went up that the two LPNs were being replaced at the end of October. These nurses were there for years, since well before the ownership change. CMS said they wanted an RN to be doing the dosing.Originally, we were told there would be two RNs. One half time and the other full time. There was only one that I ever saw. And then on December 28th, we were notified that the clinic just found out that this was their last day open to dose, for a while, because there would be no nurse to dose anyone. What was originally an obvious cost cutting measure, now is endangering the same peoples lives CMS is supposed to be working to save.Up until the changes in October, this was a great clinic. I just wish they would have kept the LPN nursing staff or at a minimum had a back up plan for dosing, such as a medical temp agency. After all, even at what I would suspect would be a temporary higher expense, would be worth keeping the clients safe and maintain our trust. In addition, from a financial standpoint CMS would not lose the clients which I am fairly certain they will lose based off of these changes. Some I would imagine will stay at the competitors clinic in Livonia.I give the staff members at Dearborn Heights a lot of credit for keeping poise and grace with limited information. All the while, they must have been concerned about their jobs and economic wellbeing. Dell certainly helped me make what needed to be a split second decision. She guided me to stay with CMS. Even though it was obvious she did not have much information and I am sure that she was dealing with a ton of stress (and some very angry people) she calmed me down.I also give the Sterling Heights staff credit for dealing with the influx of a large amount of confused new patients. They were both kind and understanding.I have not reduced my five star rating due to these staff members. Although quite frankly, I think that CMS owes both us, their clients, as well as their employees far more than what we have received in regards to planning and information. I hope that these things improve. And truly these staff members deserve accolades and a bonus for their poise and kindness in the face of all that has gone on.Prior Review:Everyone is extremely kind and they have the intake process down to a science. From the initial phone call to meeting with the doctor. Everything went very well.Dell is truly who keeps this place running like a well oiled machine. She is an amazing person with a huge heart, great attitude and is extremely efficient. CMS is very fortunate to have her on this team. Even though Dell is not a counselor, she is so much more than a receptionist. She can tell when many of us are struggling and intervenes to get me into my counselor and such.
