We would like to address the post left by Justin Brown. We do not lose paperwork. The employee in question is Justins wife. She went by a different name when she was with us so the last name did not match our records. As soon as we found out the proper last name she was mailed her w2 immediately. Occasionally office personal need to handle situations outside the office but 99 percent of the time we have someone in our office from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Lastly we treat our employees and clients with total respect. As much as we try we cant please everyone but wish Justin Brown all the best.

I was an employee with Visiting Angels. I want to give thanks to Steve and Sue for all the support yous given me through my time of employment. Yous always worked with my hours when my husband was ill with his current heart condition. You gave me time off when I needed it, even when it came to short notice you still stood by my side and would cover hours I want to say I am truly thankful to have worked for yous. You are not only a job or career for some, but rather family.

I am the owner of Visiting Angels Green Bay. I felt I needed to reply to the bad review received by Mr Joe Kelley. I take my clients needs and dignity very seriously. We never told our caregivers to keep anyone from doing anything in there own home. Its your home and we respect that. Joe called us 4 times on the same day to complain regarding this issue of smoking in the home. We agreed with Joe that no should be able to tell anyone what they can do in there home. Joe is the clients son and I understand wanting to stick up for his Family member. The problem is the Family member had no issues with us. It was all Joe. I was forced to hang up on joe because he simply wouldnt listen. All he wanted to do was say how horrible the company is. I did tell joe I would be hanging up since he wouldnt let me respond and was using profanity and threatening me. He also said we underpay our caregivers. This is simply untrue. We pay better than industry averages and in some instances bonuss for good performance. I did tell this client we couldnt return after Mr Kelleys outburst because we were concerned for our caregivers safety. The family called us recently and told us Joe would not be allowed in the clients home while our caregivers were there so we are back with the client and things are going well. The bottom line is we do care and give all of our clients the attention they need to have a successful outcome with the cares they need. I am proud of what we do and hope this bad review doesnt keep anyone from finding out what a great experience they will have with Visiting Angels.Thank youSteve Schroeder/Visiting Angels
