Made an appointment for 10:30 10/11/19 for my 85 year old mother with Dr. Steven White 3 weeks in advance. Evidently the day before the appointment the office left a message on someones phone with no confirmation of receipt indicating the appointment was moved up by 15 minutes. My brother took the morning off work to get my mom to the appointment and I left work to meet them there. I got a phone call at 10:18 wanting to know where we were - announcing the fact we were late. I arrived at the office at 10:20 and started filling out the paperwork with my brother just down the road. A few minutes later Dr White comes out into the waiting room somewhat agitated announcing that we are late and he has somewhere else to be and stated he might have 10 minutes for her and then walked back into his office. At that point the gal behind the desk asked me if I wanted to reschedule to which I said we better just do that. My brother pulled in several minutes before 10:30 just as I was walking out the office door and I told him to take mom home - we need to find a different doctor. Very unprofessional.

Dr. White and his entire staff are 5 stars.
