I’ve never had such a bad experience at any OBGYN before. I am 10 weeks pregnant and i was turned away from my appointment that i made well over 4 weeks ago. The front desk person Angela was so rude. I will not be going back. Horrible customer service. They told me they called me twice the day before my apartment which they did and i was unable to answer due to work. However i called back within 2 minutes with no answer. I left a voicemail and no one got back to me. I highly recommend not going here if you are pregnant.

Terrible service. My wife drove 4 hours to get here because she thought this was a good location. She had to wait a long time to get examined, and at the end they didnt even tell her what the result of the exam was. She had to go find someone and ask.

Angela at the front desk needs immediate training on how to speak to patients who have questions and concerns. She is one of the rudest individuals I have ever had to deal with at any doctors office. Absolutely inexcusable to be as rude as she was. I would never recommend even calling this place for an appointment.

This is definitely the most caring Obgyn in Daytona. I actually called the health center last minute because womens health had cancelled my appointment and I was already 10 weeks. This place got me in right away and was very organized. They performed ultrasound and made sure everything looked good. The doctors take the time to listen to you. Everyone is very caring and no ridiculous wait times. I wish every place I went could be like this!!!

Absolutely AWFUL 2 days in a row!I was looking for a doctor more local to where I moved and because I have a previous issue from months ago, they are trying to make it a problem visit instead of a new patient visit. The lady I spoke with on the phone yesterday was nice but was not comprehending its not a problem visit...I was referred to them by someone because I am looking for a new local provider. The lady today when cancelling the appointment was extremely rude, condescending and I would never want to have someone like that to rely on taking care of anything medical for me because their lack of understanding the difference between a problem visit and a new patient visit is ridiculous. Guess they just want to charge insurance more. If it was a problem visit, Im sure Id rather being seeing a doctor than just a nurse practitioner. Guess they dont want to make it easier for people when they move to the area to choose them to be their provider. So much for being referred there....I hear the doctor Meyer is wonderful but apparently the staff, NOT SO MUCH! I told her I was not appreciative of her attitude and she told me that was fine....Like WoW!

Dr. Norwood was so caring and attentive. It was my first time meeting her and she has already done more for my issues than my primary care doctor who just kept telling me my weight was the problem when in fact it wasn’t. She was so kind and explained everything so well. Also all of the ladies I’ve run into who work here are also very kind. :)

Required us to HAND DELIVER hospital records just to tell us if we would get an appointment. Every other modern day, customer service oriented health clinic on this planet would most certainly welcome emailed or even snail mailed documents instead of having you drive in traffic, taking time out of your day, just to do the job of a postal carrier. Lost yourself a customer and any referrals.

Excellent OBGYN. My doctor DaSilva is great and helped deliver my baby girl! I believe they share the same birthday now! And I’ve seen Meyers and the APRN and they’re great too! Highly recommend!!

I originally liked this office. It does seem that once your surgery is done they could care less. They cancelled my last appointment that was supposed to be a follow up to my surgery. All because she was out of the office. They at least did it 24 hours in advanced though so I rescheduled. On the day I was rescheduled I drove 40 minutes from my home and signed in. After 15 minutes of waiting the receptionist calls me up and says they need to reschedule because the Dr. is in surgery. I get things going over time but if I had waited until exactly my appointment time to cancel I would have been charged the cancellation fee. You would think that the comment sense thing to do is schedule surgeries a couple of days a week and schedule appointments on days when your your not doing surgery.UPDATE 04/04/18: For prenatal care they are excellent. I have not had a cancelled appointment. I did have to get an ICD code from my insurance to cover some extra US but no big deal. The office seems to be running more smoothly.

I was previously seeing Dr. Gilmore and she was AWESOME! Since she left, I switched to Dr. Meyers and love him!!! I have been going to this facility for about 12 years and love it. Very clean and professional.

Dr. Christine DaSilva was amazing. Her nurse Terri was absolutely wonderful as well. They called in some medicine I needed without making me come in for additional appointment. They also were quick about getting my IUD. I had been trying to get birth control for a year and kept finding doctors who wanted me to come 3 or 4 times before they gave me an appointment. Dr. DaSilva isnt going to try and squeeze extra money out of you or waste your time, and she talks to you about her decisions and explains why she says yes or no to your requests.Super personable. Absolute best yearly visit I have ever had. Please give them a chance.

There are like 50 nurses working here and all of them are rude and negligent, both in person and on the phone. They dont seem to communicate well within the office because there is always some kind of confusion over who I talked to about what, and where did they leave the form. I dont feel welcome or comfortable in the office at all. Last time the nurse didnt even leave me a gown, just the little lap paper, so I was freezing while I waited for the doctor. However, I have to say that Dr. Gilmore (my current doctor) is very nice and very easy to talk to. If she were at a different practice, I would still go see her. But because I continue to have frustrating/unfriendly experiences with the rest of the staff at Daytona ob/gyn, I cant wait to find a different office to go to.

I would highly recommend this office and OB/gyn care with Dr. Meyers. I transferred care from another local office during my pregnancy and found the staff here to be much more courteous and genuinely helpful. Even though I was delivering my third baby, I still had anxieties and concerns that go along with pregnancy. I really appreciated Dr. Meyers easy going nature in addressing them. On one or two occasions, I waited longer than usual for the doctor, but it is an OB/gyn office afterall. Babies come at any time. Im grateful that the OB that followed me through maternity care was the same to deliver my child (in the middle of the day during normal business hours). In my opinion, some doctors are worth the wait.
