I have to say that I recently went there in desperate need of support and help with not only my mental health but in addition, dealing with the grief of just LOSING MY SON. I was reaching out for help. Not one person said I am sorry for your loss, not one of them seemed sincere, they made me feel like I was a bother. I think that if you are a miserable person and have lack of compassion in this field, it is not the field for you and you should find another profession. I left the appointment in tears. Plus spent a little over a couple hundred dollars for this and I had just 3 calls with them. Spent almost $200.00 for the initial appointment that was for the intake and the gentleman was very rude and snippy, basically telling me to stop talking that he only wants to hear answers to the questions he asked. A patient should not leave an appt like this feeling worse! I recommend that if your looking for help, find another place to go. I wish I could have given a good review because I had high hopes and desperate to receive help. Instead I am beyond saddened, frustrated, angry and broke. :(

No I see why you guys have very poor reviews. Second time my appointment my son and I left on air waiting for the DOC, after check in check in and once again we were forgotten.

After 2 years of experience at this location my doctor Hanz has always provided excellent remarks wheres my mental health he is very nice and all the ladies in the office are very nice I enjoy going to the doctor theres never a really long wait time

If you have mental health problems I suggest staying far away from these people otherwise the waiting and issues you deal with with this company will make your mental health worse

Me and my daughter both go there.They are professional,kind, they go above and beyond to accomodate us.Haa there!!!

They lied on the phone to a close friend of mine and told them they would see a psychiatrist at their second appointment. They charged her to see a RN and then next week an ARNP for 5 minutes and didn’t tell her until the end that they couldn’t prescribe her medication until she saw a psychiatrist. She has been 3-4 weeks without medication at this point and paid more than $250 to still be told they will have to pay more to see someone else.

One of the most inefficiently run offices ever. They go through staff like I go through tissues. Just awful. Dr Massferrer is lovely, and a good doctor. But one doesnt always see her without several hours waiting. Which isnt out of the ordinary for a visit there. Governor Scott should be ashamed of what hes done to the Fl Medicaid system. Good riddance to him.

I have been coming here for about 6-7 months now and I have never had an issue with anything or anyone in this office. I see a lot of reviews saying that the waiting time to be seen can be an hour or more yet I have never waited that long to be seen. Heck Ive never waited more than 20 minutes. The doctors and the staff have been great, always polite and courteous. Dr. Hanns is wonderful and he takes time to talk about whats going on in your life or things you may have trouble with so that he can give you the care you need. Im honestly very skeptical about the other reviews posted as I have never had a bad experience nor long wait times. My only issue with Coastal would be that sometimes you dont get to see the same psychiatrist. I would love to be able to see Dr. Hanns every appointment as he is very caring towards his patients, listens to what you have to say, addresses any concerns or questions you may have regarding your treatment plan, and allows you to be part of the decision making process regarding your treatment. I really like that they offer late appointments and Saturday appointments as well whereas other offices are not open late or on Saturdays. That way I dont have to take time out of work to get an appointment. All in all, I think its a great practice and Ive been very happy with my treatment so far.

I just started going to this place about 2 months ago and they are great. Even after being 20 mins late for my appointment I still waited less than 10 mins to be seen.

1st appointment I had for my son here, we waited about an hour only yo be told that the lady at the front desk did not check us in and that we could not be seen.2nd appointment was for 12:00 p.m. and at 1:00p.m. we were still waiting to be seen.This place needs to get their stuff straight! My time is just as valuable as theirs and I do not appreciate wasting my time sitting in your waiting room. If the doctor was running behind, a courtesy call would have been nice as I do have other things to do today.

The only reason these guys get stars is because there staff and most of their Drs are G.R.E.A.T. however you will be waiting on average an hour and a half past your scheduled time before finally being seen. Please correct this issue, your patients time is as precious as yours. Also your patients and Drs could use somethings better than half broken goodwill furniture.

As stated by everyone else, this place waiting time is RIDICULOUS!!!! On my first visit I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and on my second visit I waited over TWO HOURS!!! Im extremely frustrated with how they run their business and they need to do way better than this or I can see them going out of business really soon. I myself will be looking for a more professional and punctual doctors office as soon as I leave here.

Dont get me wrong the doctor is very nice. Extremely friendly and personable however not once has my appointment been on my appointment time. They are so far behind Every time I come in here. It gets absolutely ridiculous how long people have to wait to see the Dr! Im usually here over two hours every time and dont understand it! They need a better and faster system because in the waiting room all you ever here is the complaints about how long people have to wait even when there are only three or four people in the waiting room. If you cant move your patients in and out of here you need more doctors or to stop putting peoples appointments close together or something. Something has to change and asap!!! There wait time is HORRIBLE!!!!! Ill be looking for a different place to go!

Its all in what you want for your self! My psychologist and psychiatrist are AWESOME! If your honest with yourself, this is a great start to a better you with the help of these ladies!

It is true the wait times are long however the M.D. is excellent, she is a very good psychiatrist. Very thorough and spends a lot of time with each patient thus the long wait times.

Do not I repeat do not use this place its just another pill mill I went in April for an evaluation was recommended I see a therapist here it is August still have not heard about a therapist. Yet has me come ever month to write me a new prescription.last month I didnt even she her she tells her receptionist shell just call in my prescription she ups my dose without even seeing me. And you wait over an hour past your appointed time..

Read , Read, Read,, place is a joke , staff, are liars, very trashy, , and crude !! The doctor has done nothing , nor will he, i don’t think he is a doctor, the place sucks,, over half the questions you do ask , prepare, you will be lied too, personally think it’s to get money of insurance, etc.... do your own investagation, trust me people don’t waste your time!!!!! With these people, they are a joke!!!!zero respect, for anyone, or themselves!!!!

They are super slow and way behind. They schedule all the appointments with the NP. When the doctor has not patients. Smh. We have been here almost 2 hours and still have not been seen.

My first appointment for my son with them went rather well. But on the day of our second appointment (which is today 10/19/2018). I was told the second appointment would be done over FaceTime which one I find extremely weird but apparently it’s the new thing to do. Impersonal must be the new in thing. But anyway I had appointment for my son scheduled at 10am and guess what the doctor never called. So I ended having Bring my kid into school super late so much for scheduling early appointments. Thanks Coastal Mentaller health for ruining my entire day and wasting my ****ing time.

It seems to be a problem every time I bring my child here.. its crazy how unorganized they here.. whats the point of a appointment time your still going to wait a few hours !!!

Worst waiting time EVER! If this place wasnt the only place for my daughter to be seen in a 50 mile radius..... I would never come here!

Wait time are crazy and you wait 2 to 3 hours past your appointment time for 5 minutes with the doctor. But when your child needs meds you do whatever it takes.

I could care less how long I have to wait the staff worked with me so Im am able to afford the care I needed without any insurance, theyre great.

I brought one of my kids there with a number of very serious problems they never held one session alone with her they only asked me to describe what was wrong, they may have spoken with us a total of 30 minutes into visits sent us for a bunch of blood tests and then told us that it seemed like a problem was resolved and dismissed us

The wait is what almost kills you... very exhausting

Terrible place. Unfriendly staff, wait times are outrageous no matter what time your appointment is scheduled for... plan on this taking your entire day. Its absolutely horrible
