My first visit to see Dr. Bergens I found his staff polite and friendly and willing to help you. Dr. Bergens is very nice and honest.. the worked I needed to solve my problem there is a way to help but he also said it might not solve my problem completely. I received a cost to do the job and he said, think about the cost and effect and to let him know if I want to get it done . No pressure just honesty.

I was so nervous to get a tooth pulled, in order to get it prepped for an implant. Bergens listened to all of my concerns and really put me at ease. He even called me after the procedure on his personal cell to see if I was doing okay. Clean office, Knowledgeable, staff is incredible, and I felt really taken care of. Highly recommend.

WOW a thoroughly excellent experience in every way. High levels of safety, dental knowledge and care at every decision. Dr. Bergen and his nursing staff explained the implant procedure and took great care to listen to my concerns before going forward.I felt complete confidence in the process and how the surgery went. I was calm and felt no pain at all!! This is day two of my healing and I have no swelling to speak of nor any pain. I am quite amazed at how smooth this implant surgery is. I saw Dr. Bergen and his staff in regards to an evaluation on an implant. It was my first experience with this sort of thing and everyone made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly informed me of what to expect. Was referred to dr bergens from my dentist for implant on a bad tooth. Great experience. Staff friendly and attentive. Dr even provided his cell if i had any issues and even called me in the evening to check on me. This process takes time but im very comfortable knowing dr bergen will be the dr preforming the implant surgery.

Almost sorry to have concluded treatment,but must now be transferred for final procedures. Everything has been truly wonderful. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me. Be well and stay safe.

There is road construction making it hard to GPS to them right now (November 2020). That is the only problem I had! Super friendly staff, everyone explained everything... didnt feel rushed like they had too many patients. Oral surgery scary to me, but they helped calm my nerves and I am all scheduled to have procedure done and confident it will be fine!

I was very scared of going through another very painful procedure I endured while I lived in Panama City, Fl. I was put at ease and ensured that I would not suffer anything like that. Dr. Bergens and his staff are awesome. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Becky, my hygienist, is really great. I have severe dry mouth which causes a lot of tartar buildup. I have my teeth cleaned 4 times a year. Ive always hated it, but its even worse if I skip a cleaning. But Becky is so good and gentle that I dont mind.

My consultation visit with Bergens Periodontics and Implants was great from scheduling the appointment to the end of my visit staff was very professional and friendly. Lost a tooth so I went to theprofessionals. Dr Bergen prepped mouth for post and new tooth for $1103. A year later gum bleeds when flossing/brushing and I have constant gum ache where new tooth was implanted. My DMD has tried repeatedly to correct, but finally referred me back to Dr Bergen. Dr Bergen wanted to do additional surgery to remove gum so it doesn’t rest on tooth to c if that helps but for another $1000 to “maybe” fix problem. Also tried to charge addl $100+ for consult till I balked!So far I’ve spent over $3000 and I’m left with constant gum ache & bleeding but the professionals don’t know how to fix it!

Fit me in right away in July; no judging me for running around for months w no temp cap.(family emg). Called me when they had insurance info. Office staff & setting very professional & friendly.Was encourage to use ice & motrin when the pain inevitably kicked in (7 sutures in my gums). Was so effective I didnt think Id need anything stronger but 600 tab motrin only lasted 3.5 hr & was prescribed for 6 hrs apart. (Im an ultra rapid metabolizer, what can I say.) But Im eating soft stuff no straws etc and have been provided for quite well. I would recommend!

My exam was very through, and my cleaning was one my best ever!

I went for an appointment post-surgery and had to wait over an hour and when they finally called me I did not even get to see the Doctor. I saw one of the new hygienists and she spent like a minute with me. I paid over $1,000 dollars for the surgery and am not satisfied with his treatment. I recommend to look elsewhere if you are looking for a Periodontist for surgery.

Dr. Bergens removed a molar which was growing sideways. The tooth bothered me for years, i never knew whatwas causing the pain. He got me in for the procedure within a day of my first visit, my life was so much better just as he forecast. He saw me for several follow up checks at my convenience.
