A little incident happened, and I ended up deleting my previous review about it, because they called quite a few times. Dr. Newby apologized, and they understood, and I was like woah, she understood happened, nobody else has ever understood and listened like she does!! I would definitely recommend to you guys. she are sooooo sweet and kind and truly amazing person. I’d give them another star if I could!!

Dr. Newby and her staff are the greatest !!!Dr. Newby is such an amazing, kind, caring, and very thorough person. I met Dr. Newby over four years ago, and her expertise has never changed.My son had extreme dental issues, the care plan was explained to the fullest with patience and a big beautiful smile. My sons care plan included major surgery - Dr. Newby recommended a great surgeon with outstanding results !!!Dr. Newby gave a personal wellness check phone call, at the hospital after surgery.I recommend Dr. Newby to everyone.I truly thank God for this entire staff !!!

Dr. Newby is the best! We have been visiting her office with each of our 5 kids and have no regrets. She, and her staff are knowledgeable, kind and careful when caring for their patients. The office staff is kind and courteous, and as accommodating as possible with a busy practice. Wait times are as expected with Orthodontic care, just plan accordingly and be on time and there will be no problems.We appreciate Dr. Newby and do not hesitate to recommend her and her staff.

I wanted to write a review of this office because obviously I get my braces taken care of here, but they really are great at what they do in all facets of the business. The staff are very endearing & helpful to whatever I need when I go in there. Ive never had a problem with scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. I think its also important to me that its a black owned business ran by beautiful black women... & I think that is also one of the most important things & great things about Dr. Newbys office... shes done the braces for a few of my family members & we all share the same experience. Clearly with the new location they just opened, it speaks to nothing but prosperity & I have no reason to believe that wont continue in the years going forward. Im just happy that I get to be apart of they great thing they have going.

Exceptional staff and service. Excellence is always her first option. Im very satisfied with the results and experience from Dr Newby and her team.

Ive been attending this office for about 2 yrs. Nice atmosphere. Dr. Newby is really nice. The office looks great. She has my sons teeth nice & straight..I would encourage others to join Dr. Newbys practice for dental care.

Dr. Newby is the best! I had problems with making an appointment. She emailed me right away and resolved the problem. She was able to explain the miscommunication and I was able to set an appointment that was best for me. The best thing about Dr. Newby is she remembers all of her patients no matter how long it has been since she’s seen you!

So update, after the upsetting visit Dr. Newby came to me and apologized which is super respectable and mature. Recently visits have been super good each time while it takes some time to get in the chair occasionally but the service is awesome!

This place is awful! Every time I bring my kids here we are on time or early for our appointment and the staff makes you wait FOREVER in the waiting room. Once they take my kids back it takes them HOURS to do what they have to do so we can get on with our day. The staff isnt very friendly or pleasant to its patients. Basically if you have a job and need to come to this orthodontist office you are better off to just take a vacation day and clear your schedule because this office takes forever but if you are even 10 minutes behind they cancel your appointment and charge you for it!

Never answers phones, always booked up for months, never calls to remind of appointments. Staff isnt friendly either.

Dr. Newby is wonderful and her staff are all excellent.

Reception is rude and unhelpful. This is the only orthodontist in the area that takes my insurance. Recently relocated here and she DOES NOT accept patients who have already seen another orthodontist.
