Very much liked everyone I came in contact with. They were very nice, took time to listen to me. Feel confident in my provider! Then, they actually called me a LYFT to take me home because the van was to far away…that’s what I call A1 service!!

I was thoroughly misguided and disgusted with the facility on Wayne Ave. I waited a month to see the doctor if my choice by referral . Spent from 12 to 3:30 with intake finance dept and to see doctor. Gave them all my personal information. Told finance what doctor I wanted to see. Changed my medicare primary doctor to new doctor told intake nurse what doctor. Finally saw doctor. She prescribed medicine xrays and blood work. ASKED HER IF SHE WOULD BE MY DOCTOR SHE SAID YES. AT CHECK OUT ONLY TO FIND OUT THIS WAS HER LAST WEEK AT OAK STREET PERIOD. THERE IS NO TRUTHFULNESS OR TRANSPARENCY AT THIS CLINIC. TOTALLY BLINDSIDED. BEWARE. BEWARE. NOW I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PRIMARY DOCTOR. MEDICARE TOLD ME SOMETIMES DOCTORS DONT EVEN LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE LEAVING. WHAT KIND OF BULL IS THAT

My wait time was less than 5 minutes. The staff is so friendly as well as professional. Dr Waffle is the best part of it all. Shes thorough, takes time to listen & addresses all my concerns. Is it crazy to look forward to my next Dr visit?

Everything was wonderful. The facility was extremely cleaned. The Front Office Personnel did a great job. Upon meeting the Doctor, the conversation was good. I look forward to being a patient at your business.

The proposed doctor only seemed to be interested in me becoming a patient for the revenue. When the relevant information about my conditions was shared, she immediately categorized me with drug seeking behavior and adopted a you-arent-going-to-tell-me-how-to-do-my-job attitude. She made me feel like a number, not a human being.

I am so happy to have found the type of health care I needed I love it. The environment is nice and looks new but the people employed there are super and make you feel they care. I could go on.

To make an appointment, you must call one of their call centers and you make your appointment through the call center for your local office. After my first visit, I was told by the girls at the front desk that I would not have to go through the call centers after the initial visit and I would be able call them directly. At my first visit, they set me up with a licensed insurance agent, (and I do now get a better rate on Medicare) the doctors assistant was friendly, the doctor was friendly and when I went to set up my next appointment, what I was told previously, wasnt true.It doesnt matter what you need from your doctor, you must go through the call center, one of which is in Chicago, one of which is in Charlotte, NC.After all of my blood work was done and my lab results were in, I was told there was no way of looking up my results such as, MyChart, and that if I wanted my records, they were kept in Chicago. After many phone calls and after none of them being returned, I no longer choose to visit any doctor that I cannot get in touch with the same day.One positive is that I spoke with the Medical director for Southwest Ohio Oak Street Health and he gave me the website to look up my records, which I was told previously there was not one and he also sent a paper copy of all of my lab results.Oak Street Health has a very nice concept, but it doesnt matter how good the concept is, if one cannot reach their physician the same day, there are too many other doctors to not be able to switch. I have and Im very happy with my new physician and his office. I could go on, but I will stop I think you all get the message and my three star rating was being generous.

I didnt have a good experience at all, the Dr. Did not give me prompt service for my back , just wanted to increase my pain pills and ignored what the problem actually was. They also did not send the information to diabetic supplies for my sensers to my blood monitor , they were not sending the right information 3x they didnt do it. Also took them a month to release my records to my new dr. I am not ever going to send anyone there

I went in to see the Dr for my knee. And I was shocked by the way they had a oropedtic dr in there. Both of the Drs was so kind. Im very thankful for them. Ive never been seen by any other Drs, that show compassion for their patients. Like they did. Im very happy that Im able to go there.I just wish that they would except care source also. My ficense has it and I wish he could go there also. Because are super Drs there.
