I have know Laura Cotler for over 20 years. I first met Laura when I was a personal trainer, taking her Spin class in the club we were both working at. I knew she was an exceptional fitness instructor from that first class. A few years later I asked her to join me when I wanted to start a private fitness studio. So, in 2003 Laura and I opened our private studio in Davis, with Laura doing Pilates and me doing Personal Training. A few years later we each established our own separate studios as our businesses grew. I have watched and admired Lauras journey in the fitness world since 2003 when we opened that first studio.
