Our experience was very positive. Our puppy died from unknown circumstances. Our family was devastated. We hired Dr. Spangler to perform an exam. He was professional and knowledgeable. I had hundreds of questions...and he answered all of them. He had great communication and we got a very thorough report.

Goodmorning everyone who researches this place of business my review is to make everyone aware of Dr Spangler .I went to this pathologist with my dear friend who had lost her pet due to the unprofessional conduct of a vetinery in Sacramento, ca .The vet had overdosed my friends beloved pet . We took her pet to Dr Spangler to have a necropsy done on .when we talked to him explaining the circumstances leading up to the dog being deceased.He acted like he was concerned and agreed he was curious to upon the toxicology report which would determine the cause of death.I believe 2 weeks had passed then 3rd week I had called him , he informed me he was waiting for the lab results. On the 4th week he had emailed my friend with necropsy report. In the report there was no toxicology report .So I had called him and asked him where was the report with the toxicology results, referring back to the day we had discussed the circumstances leading up to her pets death.He informed me he would look into this matter and he would get back to me. The following week I hadn’t heard from him so I called him ,and it was then he informed me that he misunderstood the circumstances we had discussed prior to dropping the pet off. He then offered to refund half of the 1,000 dollars we had paid for the necropsy. So we paid 1,000 dollars for nothing Oh 500.00 he refunded. Ok so for 500.00 he didn’t do nothing we had asked him to do,What Dr who has years of experience doesn’t understand the severity of the report.My experience with the Dr Spangler was very unprofessional and Iam very disappointed in his unprofessional work. So my friend was left with nothing for all her effort to resolve any recourse.

To the previous reviewer: Did you ask or think he did not do the test to not implicate the other vet in malpractice?
