I recently had a bad experience at this location with one of the wax technicians, but I had to come back and give props on the wonderful customer service I received from management. I spoke to the manager, her name was Betsy I believe, and I was very pleased with how professionally my concerns were handled. She was kind, very attentive, and treated my concerns as a priority. I hate that I had an initial bad experience, but I can definitely say the customer service was amazing.

Karina is hands down the best employee to get waxed by here. She was fast, precise and it didnt even hurt. Would definitely return and recommend to all my friends and family.

I visited this wax center today and am so pleased with my experience. I called first to get an appointment and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. I was not only booked for an appointment but she provided detailed info on where to find the location and that I should plan for traffic as the area can be busy, which I felt was quite helpful. Once arriving I was greeted and taken back. The waxer was professional and very friendly and polite. I was impressed with the employees, service and cleanliness of the store. Overall a great experience and will certainly use their services again.

Very polite staff. Clean atmosphere from lobby to waxing rooms. This is my 2nd visit which was much better than my 1st which was not bad. The young lady that assisted me was very gentle, made services recommendations that she thought I needed and walked me through the process. Made me felt very comfortable. I can’t speak on the other waxers, but I had the absolute worst experience after having a wax done by Stephanie and it made me not want to visit this facility again. The wax was so hot that it burned me and caused me to bleed. She pretended not to even notice and did not say anything until I looked down and said “omg I am bleeding”. The lack of professionalism and care was unbelievable. If I were you, I would think twice about booking with Stephanie. I will not be returning.

Came to get waxed with a friend, lady that greeted us was extremely disrespectful and made us feel unwelcomed and judged. When we were walked to a room, the wax lady, Kay, was not pleasant at all and kept giving dirty looks. I was already uncomfortable for my first Brazilian wax, and she made my experience so much worse than it already was. She was terribly passive aggressive the whole time during consultation, and gave directions bluntly and rudely while I was undressing. Do not recommend.

If you’re lucky to find a great waxer, then you’ve hit the jackpot ! Seda is my all time favorite at this location… she’s a 5/5 star!The ladies at the front desk though… yeah not necessarily great are the reason fir a 4 stars

Front desk staff not very friendly, zero personality. Acted like they were doing ME a favor by providing a service. Perhaps they forgot that I was paying them. Not very accommodating and poor quality of service. Too much to write. After one bad experience I decided to try again. Thought maybe it was just an off day for them. Second experience wasn’t any better. I won’t be back.

Impeccable! I have been going to 3 different locations of European wax center for about 7 years on and off. All of them have been courteous friendly, the extra mile type of women. With any business there can be run ins of issues but they always make it up to you some way. Currently Ive been seeing Shorhe and my gosh. This woman is so sweet and pure. Always has a positive outlook on life and a joyful attitude for every visit. I look forward to come here not just for amazing service done but to have girl talk and see a smiling face makes your day. I leave there feeling fresh and feeling I got a service well done from when I walk in the door to check out. Keep it up ladies. Youre damn gone doing it right!

This place was so unprofessional they messed up my eyebrows 2 times and they messed up my friends eyebrows multiple times and they called her picky that is so uncool! I don’t like this place. I Do not recommend.

Today is April 5 and I have yet to hear back from management or the owner of the location. I have been a client of European wax center for 15 plus years. I use to have their monthly plan and when they cancel that last minutes i did stop going for a while due to the customer service and how it was handles. Once again i end up going back and purchased the prepaid packages out of convenience. I always pre book my appointments for important events and if i try to book any last minute appointments i am understanding about the situation. In Feb i pre booked an appointment for March 19. This appointment was probably the MOST important one because it was for my sisters wedding in the keys. So i booked multiple services. As March 19 comes they have canceled all of sessions due to the original employee working on me no longer works there. They begin to tell me they are fully booked and cant take me. I am furious at this point because if they look at my history they can see i have never been with just one employee due to no one has really made it personable and Im always making last minute appointments so first available has been my go to. Only when i have pre planned events i pre book my appointments. After showing up and waiting 30 mins for management to either call or attend they find an appointment available for partial of one of my sessions. I end up taking it since i am extremely desperate and upset. Still leadership, owner or manager hasnt reached out. As you can tell this is a VERY important event. I make it very clear how important but they really dont care and tell me they will see what they can do. I return an hour and half later for my appointment for that partial session advise how i need a full session which before i left the front desk said they will advise the person who will be working on me. When i come in and start my session the lady had no clue and was like i will try but your not booked for a full session and i have my next client. I am beyond upset of all this. I know she felt bad because she rushed through it to complete my full session as i wanted. I only got one item completed and couldnt complete my other services. I was rushed on top of all it. I have reached out on IG about my disappointment they advised my they would escalate but as of today NO one has reached out or followed up on my situation. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with this. I really feel either owner or someone who cares about the brand could help. Im stuck with a bunch of prepaid services which i dont even want to return due to the lack of service i recieved. I am obviously not a valuable customer as you see how i was treated on a very important day.

I just started waxing again a few months ago (I did it years ago) and this European Wax Center is amazing. The girls in the front are always so helpful and pleasant with specials and products. I’m sure all the wax specialists are amazing but personally I’ve had visits with Ilissa and Raquel and they are both awesome! Very pleasant and efficient.

My experiences here are always great. Even though I dread my visits, but I always leave with a smile. Stephanie is the best, she keeps me at ease and not crying... lol.

I went a few weeks ago for my 1st visit with them. I haven’t had a Brazilian in over 4 years. The day I went just so happened to be the day the AC went out. I thought it was a minor inconvenience but I didn’t realize that because of the sweat the wax wasn’t sticking. So not only did I have to do more strips then normal, I still had quite a bit of hair left but there wasn’t really anything she could do because it was so hot and I was sweating profusely (and the baby powder did not help much). The girl had such a great personality that I just left it alone but I’m writing the review now because I’ve experienced more ingrown hairs than when I shave. You guys should’ve offered to have people reschedule if you knew that the AC would have a negative effect on your work.

This was good. I had a little wax left over and didnt get the serum after but overall still a good waxing experience. Place is clean and techs are friendly.

This is the worse EWC by far of any Ive ever visited in any state when it comes to customer service. They seem to not wont to be bothered. I have been here 3x & Ive only had ONE good experience with CS!!! They have text protocols in place that they dont check. When your waxer changes, theres no communication. I cannot wait for my pass to expire.

I came here for a Brazilian. I live in a remote area where we dont have a EWC. I have two packages with them, so if Im in town I get waxed. Thus I dont have a regular technician. I got Meg. Meg was done in 14 minutes with a Brazilian and nose wax. She never put any serum on me and when I got home I looked in the mirror to discover she had ripped my skin open. Also the wax was very hot, to the point I had to muffle my screams, she said not to worry, that I wouldnt burn. I look much worse than before my wax. This person should find another profession. She was not kind either.I understand we can all have bad days but this is inexcusable.!

My first experience with Brazilian waxing was this past Thursday but I had an amazing beautician who really made the process easy and as bearable as possible because there still is pain nonetheless! Got booked with Stephanie the first time. Sweet girl, personality is great. The wax was way too hot to the point I had burns on my groin area. My skin started peeling a few days later because so. Tried again called and SPECIFICALLY asked to not be booked with her again. Got there and was booked with her. Same exact thing happened wax was too hot and burned my skin again. This time she double dipped sticks and didn’t even bat an eye. Sanitation is an issue and will never ever go back to this location. Also the front service staff has a problem listening to your request. Didn’t want to hurt her feelings as I was getting called to the back not realizing I was booked with her again. Will not be returning to this location or European wax center again.

I never had any issues shaving. Waxed out of curiosity. More than a week later my skin is still tender, caught a yeast infection and ingrown hairs.

I think I’ve been coming to EWC for a year now and I’m always satisfied from the moment I enter to the time I leave! They’re so accommodating and waxing can be pricey but they always have a deal that you can take advantage of. But I REALLY wanna praise my waxer SHOHRE because she’s truly an angel!! Not only is the product amazing but every encounter with her is truly uplifting! She cares about her clients and is truly invested in them. I feel so proud to be a woman everytime I connect with her and I’m sure that’s apart of the EWC way! And I must say that the Davie center has truly mastered the COVID precautions. I haven’t even gone back to my nail salon yet but I come here because they are constantly sanitizing and keeping the space safe. Great work all of you and thank you Shohre!

Great place to get waxing Services! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. During the holiday season sometimes you are running late due to traffic and parking issues, they are always ready to help out and reschedule and squeeze you in if you need to rearrange your schedule. The waxing procedure itself is clean and friendly staff in the back as well as their prices are competitive and you feel that you have spent your money well when you visit this this facility.

She is very skilled and at what she does and i give her kudos for making the pain bearable after not waxing for 6 months in a very sensitive area. Modern, clean, good hygiene, they use the green wax no cloth. Some waxers are much better than others dont write the place off for one less than spectacular experience. I went through 3 different people before I found The Onelol wont go to anyone else.Only down side if your more that 5 mins late you usally have to reschedule.

I had my last wax 2 months ago,I was long overdue for a wax seriously in this summer heat. I tried to prepare mentally for the pain. I had Trina... love love love her, she was gentle and quick at the same time. Unlike other techs they would wax over the same spot 3 to 4 times...Not Trina, she knows her stuff. I will be going to Trina from now on.

ZAIDA is amazing first time ever getting a large portion of my body waxed and I was super nervous but she really helped calm me down and really took her time and perfected her work. She was super knowledgeable about what she was doing and is a perfectionist so it came out amazing. The service was excellent I was a walk in and I was brought in within 30 seconds. Although the price tag is $$$$ it’s was totally worth it and I highly recommend it. Thanks zaida:)

Ive come to this place off and on for the last 10 years. Its always clean, friendly and streamlined. Their wax really is deferent and I dont have any reactions to it. The ingrown serum is a good product, as well as the slow it body wash however the body wash was just discontinued :(. Once you find a waxer you like stick with her. It can be a little pricy but its worth the extra cash in my opinion.

The Davie location is by far the worst! The girls at the front do not know what their doing. The purpose for having a contract agreement is just that. They debited my account twice in one month without any notice or authorization. I cought the mistake & asked to be refunded. I gave my card # & was told it would take 5 day. I asked for a manager to call me back to discuss the error. A week later no call back, no refund. My last visit was rushed because they double booked the esthetician. Very poor customer service. I hope the reopened the Foundation soon. #Pissed

I was contemplating getting my eyebrows waxed for quite some time. I wanted to make sure they would keep a masculine look. My sister told me about Zaida and the fantastic work she does. So without hesitation I booked a flight from New Jersey to tame these beasts. Needless to say Zaida is a miracle worker. I even got asked to be a male stripper shortly after getting them done...WOW!
