I go there for one x-ray, and get one bill from Genesis health system, 2 bills from separate Doctors and find that there are now two more separate bills for Radiology Group. So five separate bills for a routine x-ray? If you ask me someone is padding the bill. I never asked for a 2nd opinion. I would recommend asking for other options if told to get an image or x-ray.

I have never had negative issues with Radiology Group as far as their services are concerned. HOWEVER, that has not been the case when trying to contact the billing department. Twice now I have been on hold for over 10 minutes...and all I wanted was to verify what I owed. Never had to work so hard to pay a bill!!!

Just be prepared for a wait! Tell u to be here 30minutes b4 ur appt so u can sit in their waiting room and as nice as it is I really dont want to sit here for an hour.
