They have no compassion for a new referred patient. I was told by Sara that it would take a week or two, just to process my referral. And she had no answer as to when I would see a doctor. I am 100% disappointed with how this group handles a new patient.

Due to work conflicts with schedules, as a new patient they would not reschedule an appointment and cut me from their services. Having a job that requires me to travel and sometime with only a days notice to me this office would not work with the rescheduling for services. I do not recommend this office to people that work.

Everytime we have gone to this office, the receptionists have been incredibly kind and understanding. The office is always clean and fairly quiet, which is very good since I get nervous easily. and the doctor (Dr Kumari, I spelled his name wrong, Im sure) Is professional and kind.
