I had a dynamic massage with Diego, which was so helpful. I never felt like giving my therapist a high five after a massage but for some reason I did today. It was massage, stretching and cupping all working in concert to assist with functional mobility. I could definitely feel the difference when I walked out the door, thank you!

The best massages Ive ever received have been at Innervated Performance. And as a massage therapist myself, thats some high praise since Ive received and given many massages in my lifetime. Its difficult to find MTs who are specific with their technique and also have the capability to use deep pressure, but the people here have found that masterful balance. The environment is geared towards muscular/structural healing and recovery, I really appreciate the water and tunes, and the therapists are great people. I was referred by some Palmer students who also love it, so if youre a student looking for a massage thats worth your money, (or someone like me with constant pain in need of relief) this is the place.

Highly highly recommend Innervated Performance. Had terrible ankle mobility and hip pain for years, but after two mobility/learning sessions with Dylan and a few homework assignments, my form and mobility have improved and my hip pain is almost completely gone.

Innervated performance is the best place in town for massage therapy. Hands down. This option is superior to any chiropractic care as results are immediate and actually last from session to session. Ive been going here now for two years and its worth it every single time. The venue is spotless clean and theres tools to dive deeper into the therapy that two hands can do.
