Two different therapists have worked on me, one for deep tissue release for relief from an injury and most recently TMJ issues. I have had fabulous experience everytime. After two sessions, the tension in my jaw has released enough to chew normally and sleep comfortably. Highly recommend this group.

Sarah makes you feel very much at-ease, and her gentle, perceptive touch works wonders at unwinding deep tensions. I felt much taller after my session.

Centered Therapies is a great place to come for holistic health care. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the therapists really seem to love what they do. Not only do they love their work, they are GOOD at it. I have had wonderful experiences with each therapist.I love it here!

Sara is the best!! Instead of just cracking your neck and sending you on your way, she works with you on how to correct what causes your pain. Ive always had back and neck pain.. because of her suggestions I rarely have pain anyone and I only have to go see her maybe once a month or even once every other month! Shes the best chiro in the quad cities!!

Jens experience, energy, precision and awareness to her craft is one of the best I have ever experienced. I have been seeing Jen Modjeska for about a year for myofascial work. She is absolutely amazing! Quite intuitive with her work. The staff at Centered Therapies are wonderful as well, always kind.

Ive been here for myofascial release therapy and have been amazed at what it has done. I stumbled upon this type of therapy after beginning to have various symptoms (numbness, tingling, head pain) that Id never had before and werent explained by doctors after numerous tests and specialists. I now firmly believe it was related to fascial restrictions as I started to notice immediate relief after going here. They are very friendly and knowledgeable therapists and I highly recommend this type of therapy.
