Not open for you to run in and pick up a couple discs. When you call you get someone in another state and they dont respond to voice messages. As much as they charge for hearing aids the service isnt great.

Question of Integrity - Was price comparing hearing aids, and informed staff of that intention. When speaking with the staff they indicated their lowest priced hearing aid was about $4800. Yet they ran an advertisement in the local paper for 2 Hearing Aids *AudioTone Pro - select styles for $995. Staff never mentioned the availability of those. Just sharing as a point of reference regarding the experience.

The only reputable place I know of here to get hearing aids that work. My mom spent thousands at another place and got ripped off. Great people at Miracle Ear take care of you!

They continuously failed to help my mother get her hearing aids adjusted.

Corporate office in New York messing people up. Davenport office doesnt answer hardly. New York says one thing then Davenport calls later changing. The date and time tired of the changing. Never know who is answering and changing things
