Went in on a Saturday afternoon and from the moment we stepped in everyone was very helpful, registration clerk, nurse, X-ray tech and the doctor. Couldnt be more satstisfied with the attention they provided us. My daughter was seen and treated in less than 2 hours. Definitely will recommend anyone to go here for any emergency situation.

Besides the fact that genesis misdiagnosed me with cancer last year, Ive avoided that place. Unfortunately i woke up and had an eye irritation bc of my contacts, and was unable to make it to trinity. The check in nurse was unfriendly and completely rude.I was in and out in less then an hour, the doctor was great. No qualms with my visit, except the rude, unfriendly, off putting nurse.

I was treated quickly and with respect. The proper questions were asked. I did wait awhile after intake, but it was busy.

Ran my fiancee to the ER here because she was showing a lot of the signs of a stroke. Got in, got triaged quickly, but then dear lord.. We waited over an hour and a half. Never got into a room. People got in before us although they came in after us. Which I know they have to prioritize patients, I believe in that 100%. But uh.. Having a possible mini stroke victim sit there for an hour and a half?Id also love to mention the hospitality of the receptionist, Sonya (thank god for nametags :) ). Right from the get-go she treated us like criminals or something. Super snippy and nasty even though we showed all respect to her. I asked her at one point if a room will be open any time soon. Said that she cant know or tell because of patient confidentiality, which again I 100% get. Just showed no signs of sympathy or compassion, and was just in a, Get out of my face, mood.A woman even came in, clearly freaked out but holding her composure because her mom was sent to this ER in an ambulance. Asked Sonya if her mom was there: Sorry, I cant know or give that information. Asked Sonya if she could call someone to find out: Sorry, I cant know or give that information. I could tell as a last resort, this lady asks if theres anything she could do. Sonya stood up and raised her voice (completely unwarranted), Maam, stop yelling at me. Go take a seat and stop yelling at me.Pardon my language, but this place sucked. Save yourself the heartache and time and go to Trinity up on Utica Ridge. No wait, saw a doctor ASAP, got treated for a mini stroke!

My wife was there for tooth pain and they said but the stuff over the counter!!!! Uuuummmmm we did that first duhhhhhhhh!!!!

This is the worst hospital ever anywhere else is better then here
