Ive been going for years because I liked my nurse practitioner, Alisa Paisley. However, the staff are not very professional to deal with. Billing is often incorrect & its difficult to get someone to help with needed corrections. I asked for confirmation of an update (in the past theyve reversed corrections without notice) and was told by Diane she wouldnt be wasting her time with that. The office manager is equally rude and impolite. Adament they cannot make an outbound call back to follow up escalated concerns. To communicate issues to my nurse practitioner or the owner, Dr. Wells regarding staff Ive been told I would need an appointment (aka another office visit fee). Ill be looking elsewhere for care and hope you do too.

Have always received amazing care and compassion from the Doctors and Nurses at Waterford Family Medicine. My family and I have been going there since the 1990s. Doctor Wells is a compassionate provider who truly cares about her patients. If we ever need a last minute appointment we are accommodated and have seen the other physicians and nurse practitioner there. All of them are wonderful. There has been numerous times that the women here have gone above and beyond their call of duty and we are truly blessed to have them as our care team. I would highly recommend anyone to their practice.

Absolutely love this Practice. My immediate family and many extended family go to this practice and have received the best care from all staff. Throughout the last 8 plus years we have had nothing but the friendliest staff. Glenda is amazing!

So Ive been seeing Nurse Practitioner Cammie Davis for over 5 years now. I really like her as a doctor but I would have to say that they should look into a new receptionist. Everytime Ive gone in for an appointment the receptionist always seems to have an attitude as if she hates her job. I finally said something to her today. Due to the fact that I went in to check on a bill that I had received. Luckily I had kept the receipt to show her that I shouldnt be receiving the bill. Since she was the one that I paid the money to, but she must not have put it in that I paid. Very frustrating cause Im not going to have a whole $6 sent to collections, just because she doesnt know how to apply a payment. Last, but not least, hopefully no one wants a copy of all the payments youve ever made because she doesnt know how to do that either and claims that only billing can do that. I asked if one of the people in the back can and of course they cant. Im a Medical Assistant at a Drs office which includes working up front and in back and Im able to do that. Just a fair warning on the vibe you may get when you enter...

Very happy with the practice. Saw Dr True for years until she moved. Since then I have seen several others and they are all great but I really love Alyssa Paisley. Never spend too long in the waiting room, and always feel that I get their full attention when I am in the exam room. They take the time to explain everything, answer all questions, and never rush you out the door. The receptionist that I have dealt with every time I have gone in or called (Glenda I believe) has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Right now Im the only one in my family going there, but as my kids get older and my wife stops having babies, I plan on trying to take the whole family there! We would start going there now but we also have a pediatrician and OB that we really love.

I have been a patient here for the majority of my life. I have always had decent care. Even though my primary physician is Dr. Wells, I was generally seen by Cammie Davis. I have recently become disappointed with this office, specifically, their billing practices. Please check your bills & call if you have questions concerning them. Let me explain.I had a yearly physical on May 4th of this year. During my physical I was asked questions about my health, as most physicals do. I then explained my situation with my back and that I had been diagnosed at the ER with severe sciatica. I explained further that I was struggling with pain and I had gone to chiropractic care, massage therapy and a combination of yoga/strength training. Yet, with all of these things, I still struggled with pain — I sit at a desk for 8 hours of my day. I believe this plays a huge part in my struggle. I told Dr. Wells that I had requested accommodation for a different chair at work and that my chiro had suggested a ball chair. Dr. Wells asked if I had paperwork for her to fill out, I said yes, and she completed it for me. I then left my appointment.Later, I received a bill in the mail. My physical should have been covered by my insurance. I had been charged for two separate appointments. I called the billing office to see why I was charged for two separate appointments when I was there for one. The woman I spoke with said it was because Dr. Wells went, and I quote, “above and beyond her duties,” for me in my physical. Excuse me?Please tell me, am I not supposed to share my ailments with my doctor? Are you not, as a physician, supposed to help? All I see from this is greed. And I find it unfortunate that as a doctor, she could be seen as going above and beyond her duties by signing a piece of paper. And that this signature is worth $108.95!Oh, and by the way, because of her LACK of going above and beyond for me and my request, I was denied a request for a “ball chair” because she failed to provide support as a MD.I hope you enjoy the money.P.S. I also agree about the receptionist. Dread calling into the office.
