Alicia, is a very knowledgeable about Multiple Scoliosis. She will answer any questions you have. Today I went in for a follow up appointment that was a 1/2 hour and it ended up that with all the questions I had about my labs and other concerns we ended up being there for a hour and a half but she answered everything and we got my meds straightened out. Kay her nurse has been fabulous over these last 2 months with answering questions and helping me get approvals for things. I would have to say this has been the best visit Ive had in the last couple of years. Thank you to Debbie the scheduler for getting me and my daughter scheduled on the same day for our next visit even though we checked out at different times. You guys really made a up and down day see the better side of it.

I like Dr. Birski and the staff has always been pleasant, but when I call to discuss a problem or schedule another appointment, they never get back to me. I may have to call 3 or 4 times over a 3 week period before I get a decent response. It is very frustrating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Birski for the past 18 years since I woke up in the hospital after my first seizure at age 18. She is a truly caring and gifted physician who’s very presence helps to set you at ease. If you are in need of a neurological care I can not recommend anyone more highly.

Good place to go for your neurological care. The staff are honest and hardworking. And both the Doctors and the Nurse Practitioners are fully capable of treating your Neurology needs.

I think dr. Alicia is excellent!! Very thorough and explains everything in terms i understand.Staff is wonderful!! I recommend her to anyone!!

I find the place clean and friendly and most staff is helpful. I dislike how despite my clear decisions to nurse, i am questioned as to why and told i need to stop. I find the lacking of education and compassion in this matter from staff to be rather disappointing. I believe a doctor should respect his patient and the choices they make instead of questioning them. Yes, nursing means certain medications are prohibited but that does not mean you should question your patient and repeatedly tell them they need to quit when they have made clear their choices. That lack of respect is uncomfortable.

The nurse Carolina is fantastic she is very helpful and polite the whole staff gas always been great

The worst possible staff I have ever came across !! Absolutely rude, I moved away and trying to get my medical records has been nothing but a nightmare!! The front staff has hung up on me more times than I can count and Dr. Wright refused to call me back! So glad I dont have deal with them anymore
