This dentist is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER return with my kids. He told my daughter who is skinny that her not eating wouldnt hurt cause she could lose some weight. Then told his dental assistant to shut up right in front of us. Very very unprofessional and rude. If you want To be demeaned and humiliated then this is the dentist for you. I am so angry and feel terrible for thr assistant, I hope she finds a job that treats her better. I literally just am in shock

Dr Mueller is a horrible dentist he filled about every tooth in my sons mouth. New dentist are redoing the work and cant believe the mess he made. Filling teeth that didnt need it

Never have to wait in the office. Dr takes care of business without all the extra visits of other dentist. Had a filling done in less than 30 minutes! My time is important and this office doesn’t make you wait around forever. Great friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

Many years ago I went to this office. I paid the bill after every visit. 2 years later they called and said I owed 2.49. I told them I paid after every visit, before I left the office. They said they would not forgive the 2.49...which was their mistake. I told them that it does not look well on their accounting procedures to bill someone 2 years later for a mere 2.49 but they insisted I pay anyway. I told them I would never come back. I said I will pay the 2.49 but they have lost all business from every member of my family. Later that same year I spent 6000.00 at another dentist and my whole family has been going to another dentist for years spending thousands. Guess it was not worth insisting I pay the 2.49 was it.

Went in for a simple referral for a wisdom tooth told me I had a high temp canceled my appointment went home tested my temp 5 times never was over anything normal so I call back 4 or 5 days later she says Ill talk to him and give you a call back and never got a call will take my business to someone who cares!

Nice people that did a good job on my teeth. They were very informative and helped me get the process started on getting my wisdom teeth pulled.

NEVER TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE unless you dont mind them being talked to like garbage. He lost 6 patients today because I will never allow anyone in my family to be treated the way he treated my daughter today. He is very unprofessional.

I LOVE Dr Mueller, Kim and the rest of the staff!They are always very friendly, welcoming and put chickens (like me) at a very comforting level of care. Everyone is very knowledgeable in of thier position of care.I have been a patient here for 30+ years, I have never had a bad experience, never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for visit and always gotten an appointment within a reasonable time!Dr Mueller is a straight forward Dentist, does not make you come back for unnecessary treatments (like some dental places) and will help you get the best dental treatment for you!A few times, due to me being a big chicken and other medical issues, I have had to split my treatments into multiple sessions. The staff ALWAYS accomodates this for me without any hesitation!I have refered many people here and will continue to do so! They are by far the best dental care in the QCA!

Told me they would send my X-rays to my new dentist and didn’t. Creepy looking staff, outdated, and I had to rinse my own mouth out with a cup.. weird. Plus the inside of the office wasn’t fully finished. Pieces of carpet all over.

Very disappointed in this facility. Went to Dr Mueller for one year. My children and I used to get sick after ever visit. It took a few trips to put the correlation together. It was the nasty outdated environment we were seen in. The last straw was when I watched the dental hygienist make disgusting faces at each other behind a overweight disabled mans back.Upon switching dentists and requesting medical records the dentist said it would take several days to get records together since he does not use modern electronic records. It was agreed that I would pick up our records, since I was uncertain which dentist we would be seeing from that point.I waited the time allotted for the collection of the records. Upon picking up the records I was told they mailed them to my new dentist. I was stumped since we did not have a new dentist at that point that they knew of.I had signed nothing authorizing the transfer of HIPAA protected records. At this point I have to hunt down my families dental records. With insurance you are only allowed xrays every so often so these records are pertinent to be found. At the time of this feedback my families records have not been found.Although the staff are nice to your face does not mean they are nice. I am very disappointed in this practice. To note they need to clean their equipment better and maybe invest in modern technology.Also good luck getting the dentist talking to you also. He is one strange individual.

Pleasant staff, competent work, no hassle

So after today ive been battling with a rare case of strep c for 9 days i was unable to eat anything or speak for 4 days last week i was in and out of the hospital 5 times last week with this illness I began to get huge blisters in my mouth and as those blisters burst they are tearing away my gums and eating at my teeth. As soon as my doctor saw this he told me to call my denist as i did this was last tuesday and my dentist told me id have to wait until monday even though it was an emergency i told the receptionist through my closed teeth as i could barely talk or open my mouth that id have to go to emergency care and being frustrated as anyone would be i hung up i then saw my dr on thrusday and he told me he would call my dentist and when he returned to the room he told me i have an appointment on Monday and that my denist was rude so as we know today is monday so i call first thing this morning and asked the receptionist what time my appointment was and she responds you have no appointment you hung up on me i said my dr called and spoke with the dentist she said shed have to call me back when calls me back she says the denist said he told your dr we offered you an appointment and you refused it so you have no appointment i was literally in tears at this point i took a deep breath and said ok may i make an appointment then she says no you told me you were going somewhere else so i discontinued you as a patient i reminded her i said i was going to an emergency care dentist she says well you hung up on me so you cant come here anymore to me this is completely and utterly ridiculous that this receptionist can discontinue a patient over her own feelings being hurt where is the compassion and understanding to the person on the other line who cant speak or eat and is desperate for someone/anyone to do something for them this is not the first incident with this dentist i also have went in to get a cap put on my tooth and ended up having to go back in for a filling on a perfectly drilled hole in my tooth directly behind the tooth that was being worked on

Very unfriendly staff. Do NOT recommend this dentist office at all!!

It was horrible they seem to only be money driven and no love or respect for the patients they are very old school with how they do things... Needless to say I will never go back
