Stay away! Had an accident and exposed a nerve in one of my teeth, pain so bad Im nauseous. My insurance provider tells me CHC is the only emergency dental provider in network thats in our area. So I call, and Im told that if its an emergency, I can walk in anytime. So I cross the river and get to the clinic. I walk in at 11:30 and the receptionist tells me, Its not an emergency until 12 oclock Im told that I have to leave, I cannot wait outside. I have to leave, and come back at noon. Fine. At 11:50 I join 10 other people in line to be seen. At noon, they open the doors and we go in. The 10 people ahead of me get checked in. I step up to be seen, and the guy at the desk says, Sorry sir but were only seeing 6 people today, youre going to have to leave I explain, I called ahead, was told I could just walk in. Showed up and was told to leave, and am now dealing with it again. And all he can say is, yeah, were only going to see these people today, pointing to the 10 (NOT 6) that walked in ahead of me Youre going to have to leaveI thought my 6 1/2 hours at the DMV yesterday was ridiculous, but this just takes the cake..... Stay away from CHC Dental in Davenport, folks. Because at the CHC Dental clinic, its not an emergency until its the convenient time of day, and even then.... You may still get sent home, with no help whatsoever.

After failing to get in for emergency dental care twice,I give up. Have an appointment elsewhere but will have to wait until Monday unless theres a cancellation. There should be more dentist available for emergency dental care.

If you have emergency do not go here, waited two hours, not a lot of people there either. Their office is very misinforming. Wish there were more better check in and knowledge of service. Very bad I wouldnt go here.

Husband showed up around 11am with horrible pain and was told by the awful woman at the desk that it would still be an emergency at noon, and to come back.When he returned at noon, they let 9 people sign in ahead of him and told him they would only see 6 more people that day, and hed have to come back another day. Terrible service. If possible, go anywhere else.

Kind dentists/hygienists/staff...professional...relaxed and comfortable clinic..and they do a really great job with teeth cleanings. Even if I had better insurance, I would still want to go to CHC Dental Clinic in Davenport.

They no longer offer emergency service yet their website, phone recording and sign on the door states they do.

They gave my mom SOMEONE else’s x-rays to get a tooth pulled. Thank god the place noticed they weren’t my moms X-rays. Always messing up and giving the wrong results. TERRIBLE!

Pleasant happy comfortable atmosphere.
