Had a massage with Ariel, she was fantastic! The whole place was amazing, it had that spa like feel and smelled spectacular. The staff was so nice. I highly recommend this place.

Im almost afraid to write a review, but not for the reasons you might think...Im afraid that Hannah will become even MORE busy! My doctor said I needed to go in for a massage to deal with a spastic muscle that stems from severe neck and back issues. I did a 90 minute massage with Hannah and it was absolutely amazing! I have another appointment booked next week. All the staff is amazing. Lydia is at the front desk and when I called in, she was so professional, inviting and very informative!! I am so pleased that I found The Vault and highly encourage anyone that is looking for a spa, whether it be for massage or the MANY services they offer, to check this place out as I think you will be impressed! Hannah took the time to get a thorough background and understanding of my issues before proceeding with the massage. She did an such an incredible job and although my issue was not resolved ( which I knew wouldnt happen in one session), I am looking forward to seeing her again and making continued progress! The Vault is a little more on the pricey side, but well worth the value. I left invigorated and pleased with the results this far. If you are just going in for a massage to relax, this is your place. If you are going in to deal with ongoing issues, this is the place! Looking forward to seeing Hannah and Lydia again!

The Vault is one of the best beauty lounges and spas I’ve ever been to, and I honestly searched in the Quad Cities for 2 years before finding The Vault- I haven’t gone anywhere else since.Nasreen and Adriana have helped me and my face so much over the years. I’ve loved working with both women on my skin health!! I love chemical peels, and both make sure that your face won’t be hurting after; I’ve never experienced peeling or burning under Nasreen and Adriana’s care and guidance after a chemical peel. Both of these incredible women are so knowledgeable of so many different forms of skin and body care.All of The Vault staff is beyond accommodating, professional and so kind. They create the most relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I’ve loved every massage, facial, manicure, and lash appointment I’ve ever booked and I’ve loved every product I’ve purchased.The Vault is one of the best spas in the Quad Cities and I cannot recommend it enough!

I underwent CoolSculpting treatments for stubborn fat on my stomach and flanks with Nasreen and could not be more pleased! She was super professional, knowledgeable and kind! She answered all my questions and assured me it would be a great experience! My main goal was to feel more comfortable in my clothes which, despite diet and exercise, seemed impossible after pregnancy. I tried truSculpt with another provider and did not gain the results I wanted. Within weeks of CoolSculpting, I saw immediate results and I feel way more confident and comfortable! My sister and I got a manicure and pedicure at the vault and it was absolutely amazing! The space in itself is beautiful, clean, and super unique. The staff was SO friendly and were very easy going! Conversation was great and we felt relaxed and comfortable. Erin and Victoria did such a wonderful job! We can’t wait to come back in the future. First, the vault team has taken covid 19 precautions very seriously. I feel 10000% safe coming here during these times.Nasreen has done such an amazing job at helping me restore my confidence. Before I saw her my mask acne was REALLY BAD. After one session I was able to feel confident on taking my mask off on video conferencing calls. My skin just keeps getting better and better every time I see her. I cannot explain in words how truly grateful I am to her and the vault team during these times!

I absolutely loved the vibe here. It was calming beautiful and everyone was great. They were able to squeeze in a pedicure for me last minute. I got my first facial- the tech was FABULOUS!!!

The vibe at The Vault is truly unlike any other spa in the Quad Cities. It’s located in an old bank and the owners kept a ton of original details. The service providers are incredibly talented and treat every client with the utmost care & respect. The massages can’t be beat. The nail techs exceed expectations every time. The estheticians know what they’re doing and really treat you as an individual. Nothing here is cookie cutter. Completely obsessed with The Vault & everything they do!!

I cant believe I have never reviewed this place. I have been coming here since they opened. I have tried out several of the services they have to offer including dip manicures, pedicures, and facials. They have THE BEST nail artists in town. Literally second to none. Go see them. Youll feel like you were reunited with long lost cool cousins or meeting your new bffs. They have me hooked on dip manis so Im a semi-regular now.The remodel they did in this building is also amazing. They preserved so much of the original bank building while refreshing the rest to provide a cool urban lounge feel. The original vault door got a glow up with a glass panel to show all the shiny (still functional) inner workings.I recommend this place to everyone I know, including you random internet viewer! This is my favorite place to buy and receive gift cards. Give it a go. Did I mention they have free tea and wine? Now what are you waiting for?

Victoria did a fantastic job with my pedicure! My husband also enjoyed his first man pedicure. The spa’s aesthetic is incredible. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. Everyone who works there is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and loves their jobs. Receptionists are incredible both on the phone and in person. All three nail specialists are detail-oriented and thorough. Nasreen’s services are exceptional. Highly recommend the microderm abrasion facial.The place is unique and very clean. They are always on time without feeling rushed. Everyone feels welcome here. I’m excited to try new services off their ever expanding list of offerings.

Olivia is one of their nail techs, and she is top notch! She is also very creative, so if you want nail art, she is your woman! My daughter and I will both go here regularly! Beautiful surroundings, and the music has a trendy, jazzy vibe!

The workers there were really nice and the atmosphere were super cool but that is what you are paying for. I paid $70 with tip for a pedicure that was basic, no massage or foot scrub, and an express mani. My nail polish chipped off the 2nd day which sucked because I was going on vacation. I had asked if I could get shellac but they said they didnt have tome because appointments were booked back to back but my appointment got done 30 minutes before the next one was starting which I know because it was one of my friends. When the did the grater thing on my feet it was like she did it quick and all it did was cut up my skin so when I was laying in bed I could feel my feet scratching the sheets! I had to soak my own feet and do it over myself! Idk if they felt rushed because they were booked for the day but again she got done 30 minutes early...

I had a facial with microdermabrasion, and it was the best facial Ive ever had. I feel like my skin looks much better, and the entire experience was very relaxing. Nasreen takes skin care seriously.

By far my favorite place for anything beauty! I just found out I have rosacea and I went right to Nasreen and she set me up with a skincare regimen. Within days of using the Oxynergy products, I could see a significant improvement in my skin. She saved my skin! I have also received a Diamond Dermabrasion Facial and wowza did my skin look and felt refreshed. One more thing I wouldnt go anywhere else for a spray tan!! The staff is all super sweet and I hands down dont believe you can get a better experience than at The Vault!
