I highly suggest not ordering from this company - EVER! Their customer service is horrible and they will not stand behind their product. I purchased 8 doz salon towels from them after confirming the tag of the current towels with Chris, and just wanted to reorder. They sent salon towels that you could see through when you hold them up. I called immediately and told them Id like to return due to poor quality. (they were nothing like the current ones I tried to re-order.) Chris said he would get back to me with a shipping label to send them back. Two weeks later and many emails/phone calls I finally got the return label - now I had to fight to get the refund credited back on my card. Its now been two months and they finally credited my card back, but not a full refund. I was furious, they took a 15% restocking fee as well as minus the shipping cost of the return label they sent me. Absolutely ridiculous for a mistake and poor quality issue on their part. Beware if you decide to order from them.
