Very friendly and helpful staff where the customer is always first. They had seasonal decorations in the store so it was fun for families. They have beautiful plants and flowers. There is always someone there to help you find a product. I love the checkout process because they work quickly and efficiently.

I mean it’s TJs, what’s not to like about an establishment that treats it’s employees and customers like family AND consistently brings the hits?!? This location in particular has an ample parking lot and carries a fine assortment of local beers and regional products like NE maple syrup. Love the local accents throughout the store as well as the contactless pay.

Everything is easy to find, clean bathrooms and the staff is very helpful and pleasant.

I love Trader Joes because I can find healthy snacks and some things that are different as well as delicious. I bought a French Brie that was really excellent! Plus the staff is very friendly and helpful!

The staff is extra friendly, and goes out of their way to help you with products. At the checkout we told our clerk that we were unable to find sugar free milk chocolate bars. He went over and got us several bars for us and checked us out in record time with a smile. I always liked shopping at Trader Joes, since the customer is number one!

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT TRADOR JOES ON 05/24/2021!!!!!!!!! Well, I shop here all of the time. I love their affordable healthy produce section and healthy products. Yesterday, my cashier (I didnt catch her name) around 6 PM greeted me kindly and asked questions about how my pregnancy was going. I told her Im due 06/04 and she was telling me about her first baby. After a very long day at work, this woman had no idea the impact she made on my day just by being herself and kind. The simple conversion and the gesture she made about covering $2.00 for me instead of me running back to my car to grab some cash. I told her thank you and cried like a baby on my drive home because she reminded me that there are good people!!!!! She completely turned this 38 week old pregnant ladies day from negative to positive!!! Thank you so much to that cashier :)))))) YOU DA MVP!!!!

Trader Joes is my family favorite store. We all live in different states and coincidencely we are all in a different trader Joes at the same time. The prices are great and the staff are even greater. When I say Guess what The response from my friends is TRADER JOES!!!💕 My TJ

Limited selection but what they do carry is often excellent quality and they have many rare things that arent carried other places such as goat kefir, good selection of cheeses at low prices.

Terrific store to get different food items not found in other stores. Clean store with easy checkout and great customer service. From prepackaged to frozen to fresh they always have something new to try.

TJs in Darien, CT, is the place to be! This is my go-to for all my main grocery list items! Health is wealth and they have a wide array of healthy, organic, and vegan selections! I have two lil ones and TJs has plenty of healthy snacks to choose from! They even carry some unique (new to me, old to you possibly 🤷🏿‍♀️) items you may not find elsewhere. Before COVID they used to have free lollipops at the register so you can shut your kid up and let decent folk shop in peace! 😂 The staff are helpful, humble, and kind...oh, and from diverse backgrounds! If youre inconvenienced due to TJs error, expect plenty of gratitude for your patience (if you have some 😉) and/or possibly a gift of flowers. If you need it, theyll even help you push your cart to your car AND help you load it! I will say this tho...they often switch out products that youve fallen in Love with. Dont get too attached to anything they offer. Lol. For real tho. One day an item is there, then the next time you visit its discontinued. Also, they dont carry baby products and only a few select cleaning, home items, etc. Ahhh yes..and, then theres the prices.They are easily comparable, if not better than most chain stores. The quality in products and customer service offered at the Darien TJs is unmatched!

I have to agree about some of the staff being rude, seems like they cater to certain ones. And the managers are stuck up, they totally ignored me at customer service. I’ll definitely shop here less, I’d rather pay more elsewhere then to give them my money.

This Trader Joes is a lot smaller than the ones that I had been to in TX. But it is good enough. I wish they have the freeze-dried cranberries - one of my favorite products.

Great food and a warm, friendly staff. The store manager is extremely accommodating and is always willing to lend a helping hand. I wish more people would wear their masks correctly to save the staff the hassle of having to ask them to be adjusted. Theyre just adding more stress on to an already stressful situation. Otherwise, best store on 95!

Excellent Trader Joes location, can get busy so plan accordingly as there isnt a ton of parking. Store is great, with the standard high quality you come to expect from Trader Joes. I usually stop in to see whats new or different to try every couple weeks!

I love Trader Joes for its interesting food items. There are always products available to sample before you buy. The only downside is that some of the seasonal products tend to sell out quickly. I received my TJs Fearless Flyer in the mail but when I went to buy them, they were already sold out or the store was waiting on a shipment to come in. Crew members always seem happy to help customers or answer questions.

Well organized store. Great staff but less options than Stanford. Definitely need to make an exit in the parking lot. The one way in and one way out creates a lot of congestion.

I love Trader Joe’s. I’ve been shopping there for years now and love all of their products and their friendly staff. However I was checking out recently and over heard the manager, Matt speaking to one of the crew members in such a superior way. It caught me off guard because the crew memebers are so nice I didn’t expect a manager to be so aggressively sarcastic with the crew. They deserve to be treated with the same amount of kindness that they show us. I wouldn’t want to be treated this way if I worked there.

Bevar to shop at evenings if youre unavailable to stand in line for very long time. I use to love this place but in pandemic time is so different. I cant stand for to long and also were mask for extended period of time so it was nightmare!! I will choose express line wigh less items but there is none!!! People shoping for big families now so they neer very long time to be check-out with huge shoppings. Thats ok but make Express line please. Its rediculous excuse to tell people we cant because people will come more often. I dont care. Im sure there is more people with physical condition who will be glad to have option to shop faster. Also not everybody like and will order online.

Very friendly staff, and good quality food. It can get pretty busy at times and the parking lot is not the easiest to navigate. Ive also been a few times where the produce section is almost empty, although they are usually working to restock it if thats the case.

A bit eclectic in a good way. Not the place to get everything, but still a regular stop of mine. House brands often the best choice. Many good values.
