Fantastic yoga class tonight. Fortunate that class was specific to my needs. Space was clean and welcoming. Masks were worn and room was continuously filtered. Afterward I felt great. If you are looking for a 5pm yoga class this is it!

Inner Light is the only experience of its kind in Fairfield County. The infrared saunas are state of the art, and Inner Light provides luxurious towels and amenities, including a shower with organic soaps and shampoos. There is herbal tea and filtered water in each sauna room, as well as a robe. The apothecary has an impeccably curated selection of wellness and skincare products that are all natural and small batch produced, sourced from producers who adhere to only the highest of standards. The experience of the infrared sauna is similar to that of a great workout, you leave feeling invigorated, detoxed, and clean from the inside out.

I love Inner Light. I come when visiting my parents. After I feel calmer and shop at their boutique. They have meditation access in the sauna and I shower after with their well appointed restroom.

Relaxing and peaceful! Showers a plus (+) The Sunlighten sauna is pretty good...but I prefer the Clearlight sauna which you get a much better sweat. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who exceed expectations.

Wonderful experience. Staff is very nice. I keep coming back there I absolutely love that place.
