I just bought a new pair of progressive glasses from Hitchcock and Munson, and I now know why they get 5 star reviews. The service was exceptional. These folks really know their products well, and do an excellent job explaining how and why lenses work the way they do. On hand in the store are enough frame choices to satisfy just about anyone (and I can be a little picky) so youre sure to find something youll love. Whats more important is the advice about which frames work best for the shape of your face and which will be durable enough for the expected usage. The turnaround was amazingly fast. I was expecting at least 2 weeks for the new glasses to be delivered to the store. Instead it was 2 days, I came in on Tuesday and picked them up on Thursday! And now for the best part, these are hands down the best glasses I ever owned. The quality is second to none and I can honestly say Ive never had glasses that performed as well as these. Very happy with the entire experience.

Great customer service! The nose piece on my glasses broke from lots of wear, and they replaced it and did not charge me! Knowledgeable staff nailed my difficult prescription after Pearl Vision totally botched it. Highly recommend!

Ordered the perscription sunglasses I needed from here, called me as soon as they were ready. Very pleased with the whole process, would definitely recommend. Convenience was also a plus.

These guys are great!! I came in with a pair of sunglasses that were in desperate need of tlc. Greg and John educated me on replacement lenses, uv protection and polarization. They didnt have the exact lenses in stock, but they got them next day and I got my glasses back. They also measured the distance of my pupils to better adjust how I see out of my sun glasses.
