Dr. Jacobson is a very accommodating, knowledgeable, compassionate Doctor. His beside manner is 5 stars with a bit of humor. He is attentive to all his patients, bending over backward to help them all. Even if it means staying before or after office hours.Truly, he is one of the best doctors in Fairfield County.

I was a patient and i have anti-anxiety and they where helping me with my opioid addiction they helped me a lot and prescribed me I thank them I have 6years clean. However I went to see my ill grandmother that unfortunately passed.. now they dont want to see me!!! I guess they want me to relapse my question is why!!?? My treatment was going well until I came back and refused to see me I have done nothing wrong! God has giving me strength but only for how long until I go and get a bag!!! What then!!! Im screwed cause of both him and his partner Dr. Ahuja.. please help me Im in need of your assistance.. like this would Work! Who am I kidding I should just go off with it but I dont want to i need to see you!! I dont want to go back as an addict.. they will not assist me.. I hope they have it in their heart to see me. This is silly posting this its not going to help !!. They are the worst i agree with Brean Marie 100% they just want your money and yes they do take you of medications then they try to place you under something different that is not even équivalent to the meds i was taking before my anxiety grew higher cause of this medication.. Also yes Dr. Jacobsin is sick and the only one taking over is his partner Dr. Ahuja and eventually they try to say you owe them money somehow these people do not care about your health and they should not be in this line of work..

Wish I could give zero stars..if youre thinking about using Dr. jacobsen as a doctor take a couple things into consideration. 1. Are you rich and willing to dish out hundreds of dollars? 2. Are you looking for a doctor who cares? 3. Do you feel its necessary to be able to contact your doctor and have him return your phone call in a timely manner? If so I can tell you and many others as well that he does NOT care about you. He cares about your money. Plain and simple. He will charge you extra for using a credit card too. If you have money to throw out the window pay $150 dollars every week to see him. (He doesnt do monthly visits only weekly) then go ahead! He will tell you that you can call him anytime - even give you his personal number. He wont pick up your calls and if he does hell tell you sorry theres nothing I can do Im not in the office. He is also very sick - his health is deteriorating he most likely will not be a doctor for much longer. Consider that before going to him. Countless times he told me I could call him at any time for any concern and would turn around and either not answer or tell me he couldnt do anything for me from home. If you leave a voicemail he will not return your call. Lastly and more importantly he pulled me off medications that could cause me to die. Did not taper me or lower the dose. After consulting with the ER (yes I ended up in the ER under his care due to him pulling me off various medications without warning) I had a seizure. I was told that he is a doctor that has done this to several patients. Hes a horrible person and doctor. He does not care about his patients and has broken doctor/patient confidenality HIPPA laws. If you want a great doctor who doesnt charge you ridiculous amounts and actually cares about you try his partner Dr. Ahuja. Dr Jacobsen is the worst doctor I was ever under the care of. I regret giving him a dime. He almost caused me to die! He needs to lose his license - he is a drug addict himself and uses morphine because he is sick. Hes not in his right mind. Hope this helps someone so they dont make the mistake of using him as a doctor. Theres plenty of other more attentive, caring & afforable doctors out there!
