For the second time in about a year, the staff at We Fix Phones & Tablets on Route 83 in Darien came through for us. The first time, we were using after market charging cables on an iPad and iPhone. Suddenly neither was working properly, and when we brought the devices to We Fix ... they removed a faulty part which separated from the cable connection and embedded into each device. They were quick to understand what happened, and immediately removed this minute part, and instantly both devices began working properly again.Yesterday, I brought in an Android cell phone which suddenly would not boot up, even when attached to a charger. The staff tested the phone to see if the battery was failing but that was not the problem. They asked me to leave the phone so they could work on it the next day. I stopped by midday and the professional who worked on my phone told me that they found loose connections inside the phone and they were able to tighten and reconnect them. My phone works great now. The staff here is smart, well-skilled and price their service reasonably. They are my go to repair shop after saving me at least hundreds of dollars!

Had a cracked iPhone 11 with a broken lcd and it was fixed in about an hour. Good service, cost and time efficient as well.

I just dropped my Mac off here a few days ago. I am always hesitant about where to take electronics, if there are any issues, because so many places are not honest and absolutely love to take advantage of you (cough cough Best Buy’s Geek Squad). But these guys are seriously awesome and HONEST! They literally called me to tell me that nothing was wrong with my Mac, and that I can come pick it up whenever it is convenient for me. I don’t think that I have ever witnessed this kind of honesty. Don’t be afraid to try these guys out. I’m very happy with the customer service, and would highly recommend them to friends and family! I needed help with a damaged iPad Pro screen. I thought the screen was ruined by a liquid spill. The team at We Fix figured out a way to clean and scrape away the damage, saving me over $500. The screen is now back to new and works perfectly. They were extremely professional and highly skilled. I appreciated that they thought of options instead of just charging me $500. I highly recommend this shop.

About six months ago my wife needed her iPhone screen place replaced. We figured we would try this place. The service was wonderful! The tech was friendly and quick. Price was good as well. I purchased the new iPhone this week and some how got locked out. The phone needed to be reset to the factory setting so I could switch from my old phone. I went to TMobil where I purchased the phone. They were unable to help me and sent me off to try Apple. I Called Apple today and was told the soonest they could help would be next Saturday. I remembered about this place and figured I’d stop back in to see if they could help. Once again the service was fantastic! Moody was the tech that helped me today and not only did he reset my phone but he got me in and out. This will continue to be my go to repair place and it should be yours too!! I highly recommend stopping if for any of your repair needs. Awesome place!

I used their repair services so many times for our phones, ipads. Moody is running a very honest, professional business. I was lucky to met his brother too. He was very kind. They never disappoint with quality of service. The accessories they provide for phones and protection for phone screen is always the best in the market. The reason I was checking the page to see if they are open in this pandemic and then saw couple unfair reviews. I don’t think those reviews reflect how wonderful this business operates. I was having difficulty with my ZOOM account on my Samsung tablet, so I went into WE Fix Phones & Tablets on Rt. 83 in Darien. They fixed it in less than 3 hours and it was super affordable. Fast, quality service, and good pricing. Other places wanted 3-5 business days. My phone had a cracked screen. I dropped it off one evening and Moody ordered the part that day, then repaired it so that I picked it up the next evening. Phenomenal!

I stopped here in desperation because my phone died and my contacts and photos were not backed up in the cloud. I had come from Verizon and they couldnt help me. Within seconds of taking possession of my phone, Moody reset the phone and I was able to get the items transferred. He saved my life (she says dramatically)! I would return to them for help anytime I had a problem with a device. Such a great place!

First time coming to this place. Had my iPhone 7+ screen and rear camera lenses repaired for a very reasonable price. Came in around 3pm. Was give a few options very straightforward. Picked what I wanted was asked to come back in a few hours and phone was all ready. Nice little detail I liked was the receipt the send you via text message...overall great experience. It took me half a year to find an affordable and COMPETENT place to fix my s8+ edge screen. Im so happy to see my phone as if I bought it yesterday. It was so fast and efficient. I break my screen at least once a year, but now instead of buying a new phone every time, I know where Im going to get it fixed!(PS: The guy at the front who fixed my phone was really cute and very sweet.)

Came in the weekend to get my iPhone X screen fixed. The owner was very nice to me when I called in to ask a couple questions. He did a great job fixing my phone and finished it on time. Very nice and down to earth, I highly recommend this place for all repair needs.

I brought in my iPhone 6s to this place almost 100% sure that it wouldn’t be fixable because the screen was completely shattered and the LCD (I think it was called that) was like all black and broken. Right away Tyler told me that they could definitely fix it and it was no problem at all! 20 minutes later my phone was like brand new! I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs their phone fixed, they’re fast, affordable, and have excellent service!

I went into this repair shop about two weeks ago in complete panic. I have an iPhone that needed a repair (It seemed like it had a loop problem, or I was told it might have a battery problem). I always thought I needed to go to the apple store and pay full price to repair it but I decided to give this place a shot based off of the great reviews. Moody was so kind and helpful. He was able to detect the problem with my phone and repaired it within three hours for SUCH a reasonable cost. If I went into apple, they would have charged me hundreds. This guy knows a lot about cell phones! Bring yours in to this shop if you ever need it repaired. I Highly recommend this place, and Moody!

After the repair failing, reading other reviews it looks like poorly attached screens are an issue at this location, leading to another future repair. My screen also suffered from burn in which the original did not, suggesting they do not use the premium oem that they suggest. Moody seems great, but his business practice doesnt seem up to par for the nearly 300 it cost. Wish I had been told the real price and not the enticing quote.

Terrible. I had to get my phone fixed so I went here, not only is my screen different colors from different angles, but they didn’t even put the screen on all the way and it broke my phone again. I went back to have them fix it, now the bottom half of my screen sense touch so it doesn’t work. I would not recommend this place. I’d rather go and pay more for apple to properly fix my phone or just buy a whole new phone. It is cheaper than other places for a reason, because they aren’t able to properly fix a phone.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I cannot tell you how wonderful Moody has been! He fixed my Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and it works like it is brand new. New battery, new charging port. Every time I go in to the shop he is so generous with his time! I have found a new friend!

This place is the most professional honest repair shop around, nobody else would even attempt to repair my HTC U12+ cracked back glass and front screen, best part about their service was that it was actually cheaper than other shops around GO HERE!

After a screen repair of a pixel 2 xl the backlight had very obvious inconsistent backlighting, and about a month after repair the screen cracked while charging. Not covered and very frustrating. Underquoted by $80, I will not ever be going back. Regardless of the quality of the screen used the price quoted by you ended up $80 more than you told me. It had been in my pocket before I realized it cracked. I should have turned around when I saw the portable speaker hanging from the ceiling being used as a Soundsystem.

As a person who breaks their phone a lot Ive been to many local repair shops and this place well exceeds standards. Bottom line is, this is the best electronic repair store available when pertaining electronics, because they use original parts and have the best customer service Ive ever experienced. I had problem with the charging port of my phone.He could get me money without problem for changing the port but he was honest and told me that its for cleaning.He cleaned the port and didnt charge me anything for that (thats honesty).I highly recommended this service and I wouldnt hesitate to do business with him in the future.

My iPhone 7 was not charging properly. These guys fixed it. it had some fuzz stuck in it that i was not able to see. they also gave me sim card tray for iPhone SE and didnt charge me a penny. These guys are #1 in customer service. Price is not bad either! A++

If i can give these guys more stars I would! I dropped my phone in a lake on a fishing trip and I had thousands of photos and phone numbers that i desperately needed. I came straight to these guys right when I came back. They held onto the phone for 2 days and were able to get it turned on and i was able to save all my photos and phone numbers onto my new phone! Great services and will definitely be back with any problems in the future!

Ive gone here twice in a panic because my screen was shattered. The owner ( I forgot to ask his name ) is extremely professional and quick. Both times hes fixed my phone its brand new. Just went to Moody and the service was excellent.

My One Plus 3ts screen would not come on & I couldnt turn the device off to reboot. Took it to T-Mobile, they hooked it in to their system to try & use a function key to get the device to respond & nothing. The guy recommended We Fix which was up the road a bit. The guy had it back working within minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone with a smartphone issue.

Moody is the man! The battery on my iPhone wouldnt last more than 20 minutes so I took it into the We Fix in Willowbrook/Darien and Moody hooked it up!! It was the first time Ive ever taken my phone to a repair shop and I couldnt be happier. He replaced my battery within 10-15 mins and not only is the battery perfect but my phone has been working much faster since. It really did save me from buying a new phone. 10/10!
