Excellent experience kind doctors and very good atmosphere for dentists visit

This was our first visit of many to come. I have never had an experience quite like this one. From the service getting greeted walking in till after the visit my car wouldn’t start they went above and beyond from beginning past the end!!My children 7 and 5 feared the dentist but now look forward to the next visit!! They are polite PATIENT and took the time to explain everything to the kids even show them proper way to brush their teeth!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! Highly highly recommended and amazing with kids!!

I have nothing but gratitude and positive thoughts about this office. My 9 year old son suffered a big injury on 5 teeth and we have been following up with Dr. Valencia ever since. She is just wonderful! Compassionate, caring, gentle, calming and professional at the same time. She never rushes, she examines him thoroughly and always kindly answers any questions I have. We haven’t got to meet the other dentists at the office but I truly believe they are nice as well.The front desk girls are always friendly with smile, the assistant Adela is lovely, joking around with my son and making him feel special. He gladly goes there without any refusal. We are lucky to have B&R in our neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience when I go to B&R Dentist! Staff is so sweet, from the moment you come in! Also what dentist let’s you watch your favorite show while they are hard at work! I have been taking my kids here for a couple years now, as well as myself. We absolutely love the staff and dentists there. My daughter will be getting her braces done as well with B and R. The orthodontist explained it to my daughter in such a nice way to make her nervous or scared. I drive 35-40 min from my house to B and R and it is so worth it.

Love Dr. Kashlan and her team! They make scheduling and reminders a cinch. In person they are wonderful and patient with me and with my kids.I Recommend!

Amazing visit went in a got a tooth removed that was giving me issue. She was able to pull out the tooth and took time to let the numbing go into effect. Will definitely recommend to anyone asking about a dentist. Also very reasonable prices if you don’t have insurance.All in all one happy patient my tooth pain is gone and I’ll be going back for cleaning soon😁😁

The doctor is fantastic. Shes very attentive and provides excellent care. I like her open and friendly manner as we discuss options. The staff is very good as well. They manage insurance well and are accommodating. This is the perfect alternative to to the mega practices where you get a different health provider each visit.

I don’t know where to begin. Before I walk into B&R dentist for the first time, it had been 10 years since I had seen a dentist. There was no judgement, just a friendly and caring Dr. and staff that made me feel comfortable from day one. My family has now been going here regularly for the past 10 years. Dr Kashlan has been amazing!Going to the dentist has never been a terrifying experience for my daughter, Adela always greets her with a big hug. Dr. Shamans has even made braces an enjoyable experience for her.Dr Valencia has been a wonderful addition to the team. Helping me come up with a plan to not only fix the issues I have now, but to try to prevent them in the future. I wish I could share before and after pictures on here because she just fixed a broken half tooth I had up front, and it looks amazing!

I went in needing work done on all 4 sides of my mouth, and keep in mind I went it with no pain and no sensitivity on either side of my mouth not even on my tooth with my worst cavity! after my last cavity was fixed on my right side the tooth was so sensitive that even a slight breeze hitting it would make me cringe in pain, I went back told the dentist that every other tooth was fine and was healing perfectly but that the most recent tooth was extremely sensitive and would cause me pain. She had me take another x-ray and saw that there was nothing in the x-ray indicating there was a problem but that she would re-do the filling and see if that would help. Well months later the sensitivity never went away on that tooth and now I have a severe toothache with swollen gums/roof. I have no problem with any other teeth I’d even say she did a great job on all of them except the one causing me pain and for that I have to give a 3 star review.

STAY AWAY! MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Doctor Kashlan is not a competent dentist. Because of her incompetency as a dentist, I was sent to the ER and eventually had to have multiple surgical procedures done. This ended causing me unbearable pain and a lot of money. All of this could have been avoided had she simply done her job and listened to my concerns.Her assistant and front staff are friendly. Although her assistant one time did X rays on me but forgot to add any body protection.Again, I do not recommend. Maybe this place is okay for the simple cleaning but anything else stay AWAY. Having a bad dentist can end up causing you a lot

I cant believe the prejudice of this business. I was talking to Renee for a week straight. I had just moved to the area and asked if they were taking new patients. She said they were and are open for appointments. As soon as I sent my insurance card, which is public aid, and asked for a certain time, I havent heard back from them in a month. I have never been treated like this before. They are on the list of dentists accepting my insurance. Not only do I go two times a year, but now I have a cracked tooth that is getting worse.

This place is amazing! I got to watch Netflix movies while my teeth were cleaned and felt perfectly at ease. The dentist and hygienist did a thorough job, explained what was happening with my teeth, and made sure I was was comfortable the entire time. I honestly felt great afterwards. Wish I could give this office more than 5 stars!

My kids and myself have been coming to B & R Dentists for 2 years and love it! Everyone is kind, professional and most importantly the dental service is absolutely top notch! Very kid friendly- they go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable and actually enjoy the experience. Dr. Kashlan and Dr. Valencia are caring and gentle, they always make sure you understand the procedure (including the cost). Only issue is sometimes the wait times are long(last two visits we waited over 40 min to be seen). Id love to get a phone call or text saying theyre running behind- this way we dont rush for no reason or maybe even stop to run an errand.

I have had a very pleasant experience so far with B & R Dental. The staff is very nice, the doctor is great and really looks to make the patient comfortable. I never have to wait long to be seen, less than 5 minutes .The insurance process was simple and easy as well. Small little bonus: they put whatever I want to watch on Netflix while I’m being worked on. It’s a little thing but makes it comfortable and so much better than staring at a light for 30-60 minutes :-)

My 3 children have been patients of this practice since they were preschoolers. Doctor and staff are kind & caring and obviously enjoy what they do. Office is clean and comfortable. We were originally referred by friends and now we refer our friends. My children do not feel anxious about dental visits and are made to feel like VIPs whenever we arrive. Highly recommend.

Went in for a cleaning and had an awesome experience. Hadnt went in for a cleaning in a while but they made me feel comftorable and assured everything was going to be fine! Adela is awesome and so nice and helped me all throughout the appointment! Loved this place and definitely recommend !

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Dr. Kashlan is particularly very pleasant and professional. I had my wisdom tooth extracted and the procedure went very well, did not have much pain during or after the procedure and was explained everything very well.

I moved out to this area a couple years ago and needed to find a dentist. I Love Dr. Kashlan and her staff, they are extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable even for chickens like me. My son & I had 1:00 apptmts which we arrived on time for. Once I was in the chair, it seemed the dentist lost all interest in me after trying to get me to pay for a deep cleaning for $320 that I refused. Then she left my 14 year old son sitting in her chair waiting for her to do a filling with some white piece in the top of his mouth and the suction utensil in his mouth for more than 15 minutes. She just walked away, went into her office, & when she came out the office, she proceeded to see another patient who just came in w/o seeing to my son who had been sitting waiting patiently with these things in his mouth for more than 15 minutes. I wouldnt refer this dentist to any1 with melanin. I believe this was her problem! I told her how I felt, got my son & left. Never to return again!

After many, many years of avoiding the dentist like the plague I finally got myself into Dr. Kaslans chair. So. Happy. I. Did!! From the moment I walked in the door I felt so very welcome. From the receptionist to the hygienist, a wonderful staff. Dr. Kaslan personally talked to me at my initial appointment and explained all my xrays and overall oral health. I just had the first half of my deep cleaning done today and it honestly was not bad! The Netflix and super nice swag bag definitely helped ease the pain😉 I highly recommend Dr. Kashlan. I already have my husband and sister going to see her!!

I have pretty intense anxiety about going to the dentist. I tested Dr. Kashlan with my preschooler to see just how patient shed be (Im more of a baby than my baby). The visit was amazing. So amazing that I made an appointment for myself. The office is clean, modern, pleasantly decorated and inviting. The front desk is polite and accommodating, the assistant is such a sweetheart and Dr. Kashlan completely won me over. She is so patient and understanding. All of my questions are answered and my concerns are respectfully addressed. She broke my appointments up so that I dont have to be in the chair for longer than 30min at a time. I got a lot of work done so Ive had several appointments and Ive never felt like a patient. She asks about my family and work and its not just to make conversation.... She actually cares and remembers little details. I feel like a family member that she cares about BUT she takes great care of my teeth also! I have never in my almost 40 years of life looked forward to going to the dentist until I found B&R Dentists. If you are looking for a friendly staff and a knowledgeable, friendly and overall excellent dentist, this is where you want to be.

I nailed my tooth over the Christmas holiday when all business were closed. My wife reached out to Dr Belsam who graciously allowed me to come in for an X-ray outside of their regular business hours. This was my first experience at this office my expectations were far exceeded for two reasons: (1) Miriam, who met me at the office, was so kind and made me feel like family. She took my X-ray, emailed the image to Dr Belsam and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thank you Miriam! (2) Dr Belsam did not have to go out of her way to accommodate my hurting tooth. I was very thankful to get the care I needed. Amazing customer service! Re: tooth- it seems to be doing better and am returning to the office this week for an official appointment. :)

I have been going to this wonderful dentist for a couple of years now and each time I go, my experience gets better and better! Not only is Dr. Kashlan one of the most talented dentists I have ever gone to (I am older & been to many!), but she is one of the most competent, caring professional, and technologically advanced dentists I have seen in a long time!! Yesterday was like a cherry on top. I had an old crown that broke over the Holiday weekend so I left a msg I hoped might be returned sometime on Monday. Not only was my msg returned prior to them being open on Monday, but Dr. Kashlan & her amazing staff fit me in right away.... that just never happens! By mid-afternoon, my problem was solved.... i had been expertly & calmly taken care of...a new crown ordered & happily for me a perfect temporary crown was on & I could eat!! what a WONDERFUL ending to a crummy problem!! I will ALWAYS continue to tell everyone about the marvels of Dr. Kashlan & her staff.....families to seniors.... ALWAYS so kind & caring!! Once you try her, I am certain she will be your dentist for life....she is going to be mine!

I came here about 2 months ago. For my first appt. I had to wait an hour to be seen, which I didn’t seem to care much because the orthodontist was nice for both appointments, but after getting my broken filling repaired, my tooth isn’t the same anymore. There’s so much sensitivity and I can’t eat or drink hot or cold food items anymore. I did return to get my filling fixed, but it still hurts. I’m not one to leave a bad review for stupid reasons, but this tooth still bothers me, and it makes me feel like I should have left my broken filling the way it was. I also caught strep throat 3 days after having this done, never had this in my life. But will be going somewhere else in the future.

So, I have excruciating pain In the right side of my mouth and I called to schedule the soonest appointment to be seen. The soonest appointment they had was on a Tuesday at 1:00. I called them early Monday morning. I agreed to the appointment because I am in pain. I get a call back after scheduling the appointment from one if the office ladies who informed me that the answering service made a mistake the soonest appointment is Tuessay at 1:30 I said ok I will take. I come on Tuesday I get there at 1:00pm and the front desk lady informed me that they called and left me a VM stating that my insurance was not active, and without my insurance I cant be seen today. Mind you I have no VM from them stating this otherwise I wouldve wasted money leaving work and taking a Lyft to them just to get turned around. I am furious!! Still in pain and was lied to stating they left a VM letting me know which they DID NOT. I wonder if my insurance wasnt from the state would I have been treated the same way... or the fact that Im black. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional and IM STILL IN PAIN.

For starters my appointment was at 11:15 AM I had to wait at least an hour before even seeing the dentist. once the receptionist called me into the back room the assistant did my x-rays and after about 10 more minutes of waiting the Dennis finally showed up to review my x-rays with me to basically tell me that I needed a deep cleaning and will write a payment plan for me which ended up totaling a cost of $1150 .Mind you I purchased a Groupon for a regular cleaning that they knew about and she tried to push that up on me which I refused. Also the cavity that you claimed I needed to get fixed I don’t need to touch it . My cost for deepCleaning cost me 450 for all for quads !Groupon people BE AWARE this place is a scam! Friendly staff and great service

Very Impersonal-place, patients will be treated based on insurance. The dentist had a very off-putting disposition, She didnt care about the small details which caused a lot of pain later. You have to go back to fix it again by the assistant!! Frankly, I am disappointed!

Wonderful experience for a dentist

I paid 300+ to replace a filling which fell out A week after my visit. Such a scam! I have never paid that much for a filling to be replaced until I went to Dr. Kashlans office. She literally put a filling in and pressed it with her finger into my tooth and I was told It was done... Save yourself a headache and money and go to a different dentist...
