I called them a few weeks ago after putting off talking to someone for years. I have never been to see a doctor for therapy and I am so glad I did.I work a lot (60 hrs+) and did not think they could find me anyone but they did. I got an evening spot and now I am going to be coming in on the weekends because it works better for me and my family.Dont put it off. You will be glad you did it, I am!

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Darien Wellness. Scheduling has been easy and the staff has put quite a bit of effort into straightening out billing issues with my insurance company. Darien Wellness also offers some really great, free lunch and learn sessions. I would highly recommend this group.

We had a very unpleasant experience at Darien wellness. We had a difficult time scheduling our initial appt, as the time was moved without anyone informing us. After making several accommodations for the new time offered (which was discovered coincidentally) the appointment was cancelled without our knowledge. When I was trying to sort it out with the office staff were elusive and unhelpful; and when I finally was able to speak with the clinical director he was combative, condescending, and sarcastic in response to my attempts to gather information to understand the reasoning for some of their policies as well as how we had been treated. It seems that the systems and policies subscribed to at Darien wellness take precedence over their clients needs or feelings and are practiced in a rigid and uncompassionate manner. I was shocked to be treated so poorly at a center claiming to provide therapeutic services and Im grateful that I didnt invest any more time or money in working with them.
